If you're another country buying their services, you will pay more than you think

I bought professional stickers in France from this company and was stuck with a surprise €70 extra customs tax for the package because Lamark posted an invoice of the value of the services not the value of the actual product. Of course, French customs is no help and Lamark customer service, except for surface English politeness, didn't want to help resolve with the situation. So I am stuck with this bill and if I send the package back refusing to accept it and the taxes, it won't matter to Lamark because I already paid for the product.

So I am writing this to share my experience. When you consider Lamark, take a moment to think about possible hassles and how they will or will not help you.

Wrong order

Wrong order , admitted guilt and refused to redo it.
I asked for the same order as previously and the order arrived with the colour incorrect, their excuse was they changed systems and despite us getting the correct colour the first time round, someone didn't update it on their system so we were sent the wrong artwork.

They offered me 10% discount to redo the order!! What a cheek!!

It was their error and total refusal to redo the order as a result, shocked!

Stay away from this company ..crooks

Shocking service

We were about to proceed with some tape, when we received a significantly cheaper quote.

Lemark had already been told to hold the order.

They now want to charge us £50 as an "artwork fee", when we supplied the artwork in the first place! But hey ho - they "really hope to hear from us in the near future"

Completely idiotic policy, which now means we will avoid these guys like the plague, and implore others to do the same.
