Based on my experience with Lemon Casino, I strongly advise against using this casino. Despite making several deposits and winning 60 euros on my fourth deposit, I have had an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience trying to withdraw my winnings.
After initiating a withdrawal, I was immediately bombarded with requests for documentation, which I promptly provided. Despite providing all of the necessary documents multiple times, I was met with silence and unexplained delays. This felt like harassment to repeating same documents ECT.., and it was incredibly frustrating to deal with.
To make matters worse, the customer service team was incredibly unhelpful and seemed to be amused by my predicament. In a last-ditch effort to reclaim my winnings and escape this terrible experience, I reversed my withdrawal and lost everything in just three spins.
I have since requested to have my account closed with immediate effect, and I urge others to stay away from this casino and its group of affiliated sites. It is clear to me that this casino is a big thief that preys on players and refuses to pay out winnings. Please, don't even try it.
I can proof with proofs what I'm saying, please if you arrived here before you join this lemon casino I advice you do not, if you are already with them, try first
