Had no clue what I was doing but Lemon law group was there every step of the way to guide me through the process eventually getting me the best possible outcome of a full buy back.. I’m good with my hands, not emails and computers but they were patient and understanding throughout… overall I’m very pleased with the turn of events and if I’m ever faced with a similar situation in the future I’d know where to go

We were pleased with Lemon Law Group, LLC's assistance in processing and counseling us through our negotiation with GM Corp. They were prompt and transparent about the process in all aspects. We felt the outcome of the transaction was fair and our LLG paralegal, Sherri Thomas, was professional and very familiar with all aspects of the process. Thank you again for representing us!

I recommend Lemon Law Group Partners. Maria Hannah was very kind and professional with helping me to resolve my issues with my Jeep. I appreciated her always returning my phone calls, listening to my problem with the repairs that were needed on my car.

I tried to take care of our situation myself and was given the run around with the manufacturer. I had a friend who refer me to the Lemon Law Group. Within months they help me reach a settlement. I will like to give a huge thanks to lemon law group, especially to Randy Dunbar that did an outstanding work with my claim. Very professional, communication on point and trustworthy. Even with a stressful process he explained to me every step so I could understand what was best for me. Thank you again from your client Randy maynes!

I just read some of the negative reviews on the Lemon Law Group and am so incredibly surprised and disappointed. The process does take time plus it all depends on the individual manufacturer. I received a fabulous settlement and that was down to the great work of the Lemon Law Group. For the amount of work/time it takes, their settlement fee is incredibly fair. Potential clients are given a full and detailed explanation of how it works. There are no last minute surprises.
The Lemon Law Group did a great job closing my case. It took a long time, but that was not the fault of the Group. It was the manufacturer that made things a little more difficult. All the individuals that I had the pleasure of interacting with were very knowledgeable and efficient.
However, there is one individual that deserves a huge acknowledgement and praise. AMY GRIEFF. My case crossed Amy’s desk only a couple of weeks before her job changed. Rather than hand it over to someone else, she stuck with it for the whole duration. Amy’s level of professionalism is outstanding. She doggedly worked this problem with aplomb and dedication. Amy went above and beyond what is expected. She would reach out after hours to give me the latest update when she didn’t have the time during the day. When Amy got her teeth into this case, the harder it became, the tougher she became (must have some Terrier in her😂😂). Her level of professionalism, commitment and integrity are a great representation of the Company and are very fortunate to have such an employee like Amy.

I HIGHLY recommend Lemon Law Group. They got me a cash settlement from GM due to not being able to get a part for my Yukon Denali. Pamela Astacio was amazing to work with. She answered every question I had in a timely manner and kept me up to date on all communication with the manufacturer. Thank you again!

Lemon law group has been instrumental in getting me thru the detailed process of the manufacturer to repurchase my vehicle.
Ada Brown (Case Manager) has been very patient with me, as I have had extenuating issues to overcome, to get the offer I have received from the manufacturer.
Ada was always professional and answered my emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
I have never gone thru anything like this in my life and I am an older (retirement age) single female, and I was worried.
I do believe that without the professional expertise of the Lemon Law group and Ada Brown that outcome would/could have been quite different.
Sincerely,
BR Gallegos

Initial Review was 1 star:
So far, I regret hiring this law firm. My brand new Hyundai Kona was at the dealership for over 90 days waiting on a drive shaft repair. I filed a lemon law case against the car manufacturer on my own, but they were dragging it out. Out of frustration, I decided to hire this lemon law firm. During our first conversation, I was told that the manufacturers is required by law to pay all attorneys fees, so I decided why not, what can go wrong? A letter was sent to Hyundai letting them know I retained a lawyer. A couple days letter I received a call directly from Hyundai stating they were agreeing to buy my car back. Instead of dealing with them directly, I decided to inform them that they should have received a letter from my attorney. Long story short... we are in the process of negotiating, and based on the "final offer" from Hyundai, I am not even recouping my cash out because they are deducting 1/2 the attorneys fees. On a cash and keep they offered 8K, but the law firm keeps 3K, netting me only 5K, which is not even the 20%, or &6,400 I was told would be the minimum that I would receive if I kept the car. No where did my case manager inform me that they would take attorneys fees out of my offer, and I have the emails to prove it. And per another review, it is correct.. when you call the firm you can never speak to a person as they are never available. I feel like I am backed into a corner. I do not believe they are working on my behalf. I am actually losing money by retaining this firm because of the fees they are taking out of my offers. Also, I was told if this goes to arbitration, and I do not settle now, that my only offer will be a repurchase. I do not even know if this is true or if they are trying to get me to settle quickly.
Addendum: Final review 4 star. Although things started out poorly, I need to update my review. Since I had already started the lemon law process with Hyundai on my own, the law firm was willing to reduce their fee since I had done the preliminary work. In the end, I decided on a cash settlement from Hyundai and kept the vehicle. After discussing my concerns and frustration with my arbitrator, things worked out positively. While she agreed that emailing is not always the best way to communicate with customers, she did state that was the company policy. I would use them again if needed, but hopefully this is my one and only lemon law case.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Lemon Law Group Partners-lemonlawgrouppartners.com-, a law firm that claims to specialize in handling lemon law cases, particularly for car owners dealing with issues even after their warranties have expired. Despite their supposed expertise and assurance that my case was viable, my encounter with them has left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the firm boasts about being composed of former car manufacturer attorneys, leading one to believe that they have an insider’s perspective on handling lemon law cases. However, my experience suggests otherwise. I own an Audi Q3 with a persistently leaking sunroof, a well-documented problem that has plagued numerous owners according to various Audi forums and even resulted in a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer.
I diligently submitted detailed documentation of five separate repairs for the same issue over a three-year period. Despite the clear pattern and widespread acknowledgment of the problem, Lemon Law Group Partners astonishingly informed me that they could not move forward with my case. Their reason? My vehicle apparently did not qualify for lemon law relief, even though the warranty had expired just one day after the last repair.
This decision left me bewildered. If my case, with its well-documented history of repeated repairs for a known issue affecting numerous Audi Q3 owners, doesn’t qualify for their services, it raises serious doubts about the firm’s ability to handle lemon law cases effectively. It seems that their promises of expertise in navigating cases beyond warranty expiration are nothing more than empty assurances.
Furthermore, the dismissive attitude displayed by Lemon Law Group Partners toward my case is concerning. Despite the widespread evidence of the recurring issue and the existence of a class action lawsuit against Audi for the same problem, the firm inexplicably decided my case was not worth pursuing. This experience has left me questioning their competence and wondering if they are genuinely committed to advocating for consumers dealing with defective vehicles.
In conclusion, based on my frustrating encounter, I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution when considering Lemon Law Group Partners. If my well-documented case doesn’t meet their criteria for lemon law relief, it casts doubt on the efficacy of their services. Save yourself the time and disappointment – look elsewhere for legal representation in lemon law cases.
Horrible experience with this company. If you have lemon-law issues, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. In my opinion, this company felt like a scam from start to finish and it felt a though they were only trying to make a quick buck. They certainly did more damage than good and were horribly rude in the process. I'd recommend taking the time, doing some research and finding a quality law-firm to assist you with any issues you'd consider hiring this firm for.
These people are garbage!!! My 2022 HYUNDAI Santa Cruz met the legal definition of a Lemon. They were EXTREMELY slow to respond and wanted me to accept an offer of $3,500 and them getting their full payment for legal representation of the matter when my car was not safe to drive for the first year I had it. Then they called and said I didn't have a claim. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!
