I ordered a dress on 22nd December for New Year's Eve. It was supposed to be next day delivery, but I still haven't received it. All I can say is I'm very disappointed and I won't be buying again.

They have refused to give me my money back from a dress that I returned and put it on a store credit!!
They have a ridiculous sales policy as a way to scam you out your money. They only provide you a gift card when this is NOT a website that you would buy from regularly!!
Please be aware before purchasing that you might not get your money back and the website is not cheap at all!!! Others reviews say they have been scammed out of £100s.
The items are actually not great quality and do not fit properly so BEWARE!
Customer service is also extremely poor. My item was returned and it took weeks for them to process the refund and I had to be the one to chase it up multiple times and provide evidence of its return.
Terrible first time experience buying off this site and will also be leaving a review on my Tik Tok and Instagram to warn others!

Excuse my language but what a shit company with slow and poor customer service. I ordered an outfit on Saturday next day delivery. Today is Thursday and I am yet to receive my package. I emailed multiple times and they keep repeating the same thing that there gonna ask Evri whst the hold up is when they have not even sent out the package. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR 💵

Scam artists!
I ordered 2 dresses and they were both way too short. İm 5’7 not excessively tall but they did not cover my booty! They are made for petite girls only. When I returned and requested a refund which I was promised I instead was sent a gift card. There is nothing on this site that is going to fit me and nothing else I require so I have lost a substantial amount of money. Items were poor quality and not the same in real life. One dress was completely see through!

Absolutely loved my dress I recently ordered for my holiday in Dubai from Lemonlunar! I had so many compliments and the quality was amazing.. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I ordered a total of 5 dresses and was super excited to try something new for my birthday. My first delivery I was missing a dress and had to bombard the email address they give to contact them for this to be refunded. I finally got a response. The second order for next day was delayed with no tracking. The dresses didn’t fit subsequently but returning them has proven the most frustrating and difficult thing ever. The portal doesn’t work no matter what I try, I’m running out of time to return. I’ve emailed the same email 2-3 times a day to get one very unhelpfully response here and there that leaves me no better off at return the unwanted dresses. I’m not confident that if I send them back I’ll get a proper refund. I’ve spent over £200 and I’d never use them again.

If I could give this NO STARS I would. Do NOT order from this brand. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. I ordered a dress for NDD - shock it didn’t come. Even though a member of staff told me it would arrive in time. I missed the engagement party. Received an email to say it had been delivered but no parcel to be found. Granted this was an Evri problem but since trying to get this rectified and request a refund their lack of communication and efficiency has been worse than their customer service.
I had to bombard their social media and email to get a response from them and their reply was not helpful.

I should have listened to the people who told me their customer service was terrible and not to order from them.

Order from elsewhere - the stress seriously isn’t worth their clothing.

I loved my green 2 piece set! I wore it while on vacation in Jamaica and Brazil and received a lot of compliments. The material was so comfortable as well

I am absolutely mortified at what arrived in the post.

This is my first order, I ordered The Diya Mesh Dress. It arrived today however the dye from the dress seems to have not ‘set’. When I tried it on, it’s stained my nails completely black, my face, my hands, my expensive furniture - everything. It also arrived with no bodysuit insert. I was just sent the mesh layer, which has completely ruined a lot of things.

I was due to wear it for my night out this evening and couldn’t wait as it looked lovely online - I was absolutely gutted not only that it was unwearable but my nails were completely ruined for it, along with my furniture which I’ve tried hard to scrub and it’s fully stained.

I don’t think I’ve experienced anything like this before, I’m honestly so shocked at how dreadful and messy this has been today. I thought items get quality checked before they’re sent out. I got half a dress which hasn’t been made properly. This company owes me compensation for staining me & items in my home.

Not good. Be careful ordering what you think is a 'bikini' as it's not bikini fabric at all. Not the type you would want to get in a pool with. They then tell you you can't return, even the top which i have no idea why. Anyway - they eventually let me return the top, no updates, no responses, no refund. Would honestly not waste money.
