I ordered a set and it’s even better than the photos. The quality is amazing and it fits so nice. The delivery was also okay. For Italy took 10 days

Ordered a two piece set and only received one half of it in the sealed packet. Followed up on the site and via emails several times...had no response. Do not use this company unless you want to risk wasting your money

I absolutely loved the gold dress i ordered. It fit like a dream and made me feel so confident and glamorous. I wore it on my trip and got so many compliments—it’s definitely a showstopper! The quality is amazing for the price, and it photographed beautifully. Highly recommend if you want to turn heads!

I recently purchased from the latest collection for my holiday. Delivery was as expected, quality of the dress was lovely and the fit was perfect. It’s not often I try on an outfit whilst my hair and make up isn’t done to absolutely love how it looks but this was a first! I am a muscle curvy gal so I often struggle trying to find dresses that sit nicely on every part of my body, this was amazing! I have also purchased a chainmail dress from this company for my birthday in vegas last year and received so many compliments.

Beautiful, high quality dress! Had a small issue with the dress needing to be restocked before it could be sent to me after purchasing but the customer service I received couldn’t be faulted, they kept me in the loop and responded to my emails promptly. I received the dress just in time for my holiday and had so many compliments from the girlies! Will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

1st order ever placed and never again said upto 5 days for delivery and when chased advised now out of stock and will send when back in next week how does a site let you order something they don't have available I needed this for my holiday fuming to think if I never chased I would just be sitting waiting

scam company! absolutely terrible customer care, placed an order a month ago and received no update. sent them several emails and i got one reply saying ‘we’ll look into this’ and they never did. messaged on instagram and they ignored me to. do not buy from this company

I placed an order with lemon lunar of 2 dresses where the parcel was left on my doorstep when I’ve got home from work the parcel wasn’t there, I had not requested for this to be left here when contacting lemon lunar there customer service was shocking, where they’ve now told me that I can’t have a refund, this company is a waste of time, do not order!

I placed an order with Lemon Lunar on 26th April 2025 and as of mid May, I still haven’t received it. I was told it would be restocked and dispatched shortly, but I’ve had no confirmation of shipping or a delivery date.

I’ve contacted customer service, but there’s been no real resolution, just vague reassurances. Under UK consumer law, I’m entitled to a refund for goods not delivered within a reasonable time, and I’ve now asked for this to be processed.

Very disappointing experience so far. I’d like to see this resolved promptly.
