Total scam
Total scam.
Ordered a product of 39€. Upon receiving, the quality of the product was far beneath what I was promised, so I immediately started the return procedure. This procedure - described on their website - involves mailing them to request a specific return document. The email provided resulted in a delivery failure, the chatbox on their site is not responding either. There is no way to contact them. There is no way to return your product. Their social media ads show fake TrustPilot reviews. Clearly. 🙈
