the cold truth

first I would like to address that they are very irresponsible. they do not follow up on anyone after they get your information. it almost feels like a scam. 974 or 972 numbers call and text you and they do not reply when you leave them a voicemail. all customer service reps are very unprofessional and aren't willing to do anything but cash out their commission. I hope they they make their last mistake so I can file a lawsuit. they believe they could get away with one and another. all the information I was given was recorded for legal purposes.

The worse experience

I am extremely disappointed with this car loan company. You end up paying double the price of the car due to their deceptive practices. Even though I have tried to make extra payments to reduce my debt, they always apply those payments to the interest instead of the principal. They do not give you the option to make payments directly to the principal, making it impossible to effectively reduce the debt. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to pay off their car loan fairly and transparently.

This bank robs thousands of people in…

This bank robs thousands of people in the United States every day. They take advantage of people who arrive without American documentation or who do not have a license to drive. They use a fraudulent scheme to deceive people. Yesterday, all documentation is done in English, which is not the official language of the person who is buying the vehicle. They abuse their rights to charge very high interest rates and infinite payments. If you have two, you pay late. They take your car away from you even if you have already paid for it. Be careful. This mafia needs to end. There are many people who have been harmed by them. I am receiving a lot of emails with complaints about them to complete the process I am taking against them.

Company is a joke

Company is a joke. I was pre-approved, then when I went to finalize I was told my income was too low. With the income being too low I was told to put down an additional down payment of 2k, which I did. Couple of days later I questioned the payment amount and no one knew why I was being charged 85.00 more per month than I should be based on amortization. Once I sent multiple emails and calls questioning this I was told the loan amount was too low for my state and they couldn't do it. But then reverted back that my income was too low and asked for another account to be linked. My mom offered but because she was not my spouse, they would accept her. This company is a huge waste of time, pre-approval means nothing!!

Run don't walk and get far away from…

Run don't walk and get far away from Lendzbuzz and you possibly can. I have been in a living nightmare from almost the beginning with them. I have notified them from the very beginning that this car is a lemon. So you know what this company told me to do. 1 option is to let the dealership fix the car. The lemon needs the 4th transmission and 2nd motor along with 4 other thing's that wrong and there is only 40,000 miles on the car and the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on cause as you can guess the issues are preexisting so I would be on the hook for basically everything. The 2nd option they gave me was to trade it in. Lol so basically I couldn't get pennies on the dollar for the car and would be so far up under that I would be drowning on another vehicle. You have been warned that this is yet another multi million dollar company after only the money and crushing hard working Americans. If anyone knows tv or consumer advocates you can reach out to me and hopefully we can stop other consumers from falling victim to them.

☆DONT TRUST LENDBUZZ☆☆☆☆☆

Hello, This is a follow up review from a review I did on lendbuzz afew days ago.I would like to say that they contacted me and we were able to work things out!.... But that's not the case, they did contact me and reassured me that I didn't get turned down for a loan, but I'm convinced that was just a dirty move on there part so that I would sink some more time into getting all of the paperwork together and picking out the vehicle that I was gonna finance and then at the very end tell me I have to have 30% down, I'm 57 yrs old and have NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD of 30% down on a car loan EVER!.... So right now if I could take away that one star rating and give them an E- I would because they are supposedly in business to help students that have no credit like myself that have all the qualifications like I do receive a fair shake on a auto loan that is affordable, which they certainly didn't come close!....And I'm gonna write a review letting people know how they conduct business on every reviewing platform until I get what I was pre-qualified for on there own A.I. platform, they know this was wrong and I have kept in touch the whole time and instead of telling me about the $9000.00 down payment up front so that I didn't waste a whole week back and forth turning in documents they let me hang until the last minute and then hit me with it and I wish that I could download the documents I have , because I have proof of everything I'm saying I would prove it right here. Thanks ALOT LENDBUZZ YOU WERE A BIG HELP!....NOT!
