Tom was nothing but supportive and there for me every step of the way! He was able to give me plenty of options, with back ups when things didn't go my way. When I finally got approved and my loan distributed I couldn't wait to let him know about all of his help. Highly recommend to anyone struggle with student loan refinancing and consolidation.
