Bad customer service
The first people I dealt with Daniel and Fred were great. Great job to them. The others were terrible. They either called way after they were supposed to or didn't call at all. The first girl i talked to had no clue of what was going on. Very poor customer service on their part.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and prompt response to my my loan. The staff was very helpful with directions on signing. It made for a very happy Birthday to our daughter.

Got involve with this company thru Community tax had to take out a $4000 loan to work with tax company, get down to the bottom line I ended up owing the same amount of money if I had did my own taxes plus their $4000 ...what a deal I can't prove it but I think they have some shady deal with the tax company

I was talked into this loan from my debt consolidation company called Start New Financial, I wasn’t verbally informed by Lending USA’s representitive Alex Ordonez of the interest per diem that this company charges on the loan, (12 dollars a day if you’re wondering). Now a debt that I would have had paid off in the next couple of years is going to haunt me for the next six. I have no love for these people.
