Highly upset. , they failed to inform me of their service charge , they failed to communicate to me of any changes , I was looking for some relief with my current finances. Only to end up saving me $20 a month , charges an outrageous interest rate ! And I could of stayed with my current loans because as I said instead of $326 per month , now I will pay $306 !!As soon as I find a different lender that isn’t hiding any effing fees I will pay off these jerks and be done !!

I bought a $6000 dog under the guise that the 1st 6 months were going to be intrest free...but ONLY if the entire amount was paid in full. Otherwise the extra amount that was paid during the 6 month "0%" interest rate period went entirely into the interest and not towards the principal. This should be illegal.

According to our policy, if the promotion is offered, then you are eligible for the "No Interest On Principal Option Promotion". This promotion allows you to pay the full principal amount of your loan without paying any interest on the unpaid principal balance. However, to take advantage of this offer, you must pay us the full principal amount of your loan before the promotional period expires. If you make any of your scheduled monthly payments during the promotional period later than 16 days of each of their scheduled due dates, then the promotion will expire and you will lose the no interest on principal option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that you will consider taking advantage of this promotion. I recently bought a puppy and went thru…
I recently bought a puppy and went thru Lending USA. The paperwork was handled by the store. I found out a week later that my loan had a 300 or 400 dollar charge that i was not made aware about. I ended up speaking to Lending USA who told me it was on their disclaimer. I informed them that i did not even do the paperwork so how would i know about anything in the disclaimer.
Long story short. If you end up going thru Lending USA, make sure you read about the hidden fees. I am stuck since i love my puppy there response was to return the puppy. Not going to happen. Awful customer service.
