Sales Experience

The sales rep she was outstanding! No mention of paying off our current loan per your letter. I believe they did not want the vehicle. Sales mgmt told my wife and I to have it reposessed which ruins credit, thus we got bad advise. Nice clean showroom! New maintenance staff. I had to bring the vehicle back for cleaning. A fair rating this time due to some personel turnover at this dealership.

I feel it is a breach of confidentiality for this company to gain personal financial information and send this type of letter to me to assist another business to make more sales. I received a letter regarding the car loan amount

I received a letter regarding the financial status of my car. The information in this letter proves you invaded my private information. You are NOT entitled to this information. It will be reported to the BBB as well as the State Attorney General. This is just wrong what you have done and continue to do to others. What is sad is that others would fall for this scam. Not me!
