DO NOT ORDER. SCAM

DO NOT ORDER. Scam! I own a small business, so in these crazy times, I try to support other small companies like myself. I also understand the value of good vs bad reviews. I could even make my peace with the extended shipping times mentioned in other negative reviews, but my experience was just a flat out scam! I attempted to place an order online and after hitting submit, received a screen that literally said “oops, something went wrong.” After contacting customer service, I did receive a reply confirming no record of an order was placed. HOWEVER my card was charged. The transaction cleared despite me reaching out while it was still pending. They state since they didn’t receive an order, there is nothing to refund. BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED...for an order that quote “wasn’t made” To be fair, I will update if I ever see that money back. But in the meantime, save yourself the trouble. They just took my money and said “oops”. Not ok.

Update: I said I would be fair. After leaving negative reviews and filing a merchant dispute with my credit card company, miraculously the company did eventually find records of the charge. They claim it was caused by a delay in the system. However there was no delay in processing said payment. The amount was refunded to my card, but geez, I would still stick with my original review. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

Scam

They have pretty decent clothes, but all of there clothes are shipped from aliexpress or Alibaba, both of which anyone has access to. I paid over $300 for clothes on the website, and later found I could have bought the exact same stuff for less than half of what I paid.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They send tracking links that don’t even work and my order has been “processing” for over a week. They won’t let me cancel the order even though nothing has shipped yet.

- Contacted through email twice with no response. Contacted through chat with no updates on when the items will be shipped. I’ve received no communication on delayed shipments via email. Tracking link that was sent after I ordered doesn’t work. Check out didn’t say it would take this long to ship.

I’ve purchased several pieces from…

I’ve purchased several pieces from Lenny Lemons since my daughter was born. The first few purchases were hit or miss, some great quality pieces and some not so much. I decided I wanted to ensure my infant was wearing high quality fabrics so I put LL on pause for a bit. She’s a toddler now and I went back to try a few more pieces out and we couldn’t be happier. The shipping times have drastically improved, my items arrive in good condition, the pieces themselves are both adorable and at a great price point. Will definitely be trying out the infant options with baby number 2!

Christmas fail

I ordered as a Christmas gift to be shipped directly to my niece. She just received it. Jan 31st. Shipping said arrival before Christmas. So disappointed. Made me seem like an un thoughtful aunt. Such a bummer. Took a chance for online ordering from a place I’d never heard of.

Slow, but satisfied

It took 3 weeks from the day I placed my order to the day I received my outfit (1/8 to 1/29), which is a very long time. The outfit that came is cute though. It does not have size labels in the clothes which is annoying, and I haven't put it on a baby to actually see if it is accurately sized. With all that said, the outfit looks like what I ordered and because I was not in a rush to get it, I am overall satisfied.

Amazing customer service

I ordered 4 outfits for my granddaughter for Christmas, 3 outfits arrived. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out the missing outfit and reached out numerous times to keep me updated until it arrived about 1 week later. They were so friendly and helpful. I definitely will be ordering more clothes from them.

Perfect gift!

I bought matching hats for my wife and our newborn and she absolutely loved them and love how well they fit. The wait time was a bit long, but well worth it. Don't let the wait time deter you from buying from LL. I'd definitely recommend it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! It will take more than 20 BUSINESS DAYS to receive items. They regularly respond to emails, but without any content that is helpful. It was a miserable experience. I purchased over $100 of merchandise on Black Friday. I did not receive the first baby item until JANUARY 4th, well past my holidays plans. If you order, there is no way to cancel the order, stop the charge, and you cannot receive a refund unless you mail their item all the way to CHINA, which is where they ship from.

Month and a half delivery. Worthless

I ordered Christmas dresses for my daughters on November 23rd and they were delivered a month and a half later in January 13th. My girls had nothing to wear on Christmas and now I have no use for these dresses as they will not fit them next Christmas. Never have i heard of a month and a half shipping and it did not note then when I placed the order!! So upset to have wasted so much money and had nothing for them to wear. Will never order again from here.

Baby clothes--long delivery

I ordered baby clothes from here at request of granddaughter on 11-24-2020. Website said delivery in 21 business days. I wanted these before christmas, but the week before I began contacting this business and customer service DOES respond quickly. They said the package had been shipped and I was unable to cancel order and had to wait. Turns out, this merchandise comes from Asia. (I guess it says that on website, but I never saw that.) I also went to BBB and reviews of the company on there were not good basically over this shipping. My friend ordered from same company and got her merchandise v ery quickly, but I finally received my order on 1-8-21! I will say that the clothing itself seems to be good quality-not sure about fitting as the 70 cm outfit looked to be bigger than the 80 cm outfit, but that is not a huge issue. And I will say that customer service kept in touch, so I will give them 3 stars. Just beware that shipping may take awhile. I had to get the post office involved also.

Lenny Lemons fails on reasonable delivery times.

I ordered clothing for my new grandson from 2 companies, both small boutiques, on the same day. Items from one company have already been received (less than 10 days). After checking on the other order I was notified by Lenny Lemons that shipping takes 20 days. And to anticipate additional delay due to Covid. My grandson will out grow them before he gets them. Unacceptable.

It took two months for me

It took two months for me
To receive my items. It was too late for my daughter to wear the dresses because Christmas is over. Next year they will no longer fit her. I will never shop here again.

Placed my order back in October for…

Placed my order back in October for dearest friends newborn. Some items in my order not available. First delivery was not until December and the second order was not until January. For me this was unacceptable as there is a high probability the baby will have outgrown anything 0-3 months. A delivery that takes 2 to 2.5 months for delivery does not work for me. The clothes were cute online but fulfillment was inadequate.

Horrible

Horrible, ordered on 11/02/20 and two months later it’s still not even here. It’s probably gonna be cheap clothing considering it’s coming from China which the website should be upfront about.

This company is a huge scam

This company is a huge scam. Avoid at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would. I reached out last week after I had received no update on my order for 16 business days, even though their website states that orders will be shipped in 2-7 business days. I asked for my order to be cancelled since there were no updates in nearly a month.

Over the course of 3 days of back and forth emails they updated their messaging from 20 day delivery, to 20-30 day delivery, to normally 30 day delivery but now experiencing 1-2 week delays due to COVID. They are clearly making excuses because they cannot meet their own processing and shipping deadlines.

I understand delays due to the holidays and COVID, but to not even have my order shipped a month later and to continually extend their delivery expectation because they know they haven't shipped my items, and then to refuse a refund even though my order hasn't been processed is absolutely ridiculous. I will be leaving this review on every website mentioning Lenny Lemons that I can possibly find, have reported a fraud claim with my credit card, and will be opening a complaint with the internet crime complaint center.
