After a month still no update
It’s been a month and the clothing wasn’t even shipped (one label hasn’t even been made?!). This is borderline stealing, just give me my money back. I’ll spend it elsewhere.
* I don’t care about an update on the status, I checked it myself and it’s not shipped. I don’t want these items sent to my house, keep it. I only want my money back*

If I could give this company zero stars I honestly would. I am not someone that usually takes the time to write reviews, however, I feel like I owe it to other customers out there to warn them and to tell them to be cautious before buying from this company. Not only did it take over two months to receive what I ordered, but the quality of the clothing is terrible. Just for example one of the items I bought was a bathing suit for my daughter. It has no liner what so ever. When this thing gets wet it is sure to be see through. The other items I bought are very similar in quality as well. I was so excited about this order because the clothes represent so well online, but in person are terrible. Additionally, the return process is a nightmare and they will only give you store credit. I am sad to say that this is one company I never plan to buy from again.

Clothes feel cheap, customer service awful
I have ordered from this company twice. The first time I ordered end of February and then the pandemic hit so I gave them the benefit of the doubt with shipping because they were coming from overseas. After waiting over a month of not getting the clothes I cancelled the order. I decided to give them another shot a few months later in September hoping things cleared up... but it was even worse! They completely just gave up on customer service. I had been charged for an outfit and then they told me I needed to pick a replacement since they didn’t have it (this was also two weeks after I ordered the item.. which is insane in itself). I responded to them immediately, but they never responded to me. I sent them no joke probably 10 emails over a 3 week span with no response. They also had conveniently removed their phone number on their website. I finally got through to them via Instagram and my clothes magically shipped that day. Still took 2 more weeks to get there (after waiting 2 months). The clothes came and they are CHEAP!! The material was awful and I definitely feel like the Instagram photos make them look cuter than they are. I don’t know maybe I got the wrong items, but no way will I order from them again.

Shipping took forever
The shipping took 3-4 weeks and when I reached out to ask for help figuring out why the package was taking so long, their customer service was not helpful. They only told me to try tracking it on their website and that it should arrive in 2 weeks, even after I told them that it had been 3 weeks. They did not seek to fix the problem or make up for it. The product itself was well made, but when a business is competing with big-box stores that can ship items in 2 days, they need to seriously reconsider their shipping timeline. I will not be giving them my business again simply because of their poor customer service and awful processing time.

No item, no refund
I ordered a few items and when I never received my tracking information I was told it was on back order. Nothing was said on the website or checkout that it was on backorder. This was a time sensitive order. I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. For over 3 months of asking for my refund, they kept telling me it was sent but up to my bank to put it into my account, which is not how banking works. Still never received my refund from them. Would never order from them again.

Not Delivered and No Idea When I Can Expect
I understand that there is a backlog of deliveries but 2 months to wait for baby clothes is too long. The baby literally grew out of them.

I was so excited to order from Lenny lemons last June when I found out I was pregnant. The item is exactly as described. It is so cute and the material is great. Unfortunately, my baby passed away last month so I won’t be able to use the clothes. But, the outfit is still great!

I AM TELLING YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered in January, 2021. I realize COVID is the excuse most places are using for delays. After several conversations about delay of order, and also being lied to be customer rep, I again contacted them to find the order had not even been processed. I had option to cancel, and I should have, but gave the benefit of the doubt, and it is past middle of March and still cannot track order. It has been shipped from CHINA. I was able to see that. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself aggravation and being mislead.

Order never came
It has actually been a year since I’ve ordered. I gave the company some grace due to Covid having just hit right after my order. Never got a refund and I never got the clothes I ordered. I was very upset I had fallen for this company. Their ads always pop up in my Facebook feed and I get upset that others may waste their money too. I also have been extra diligent to check my card activity because I fear this site may have stolen my information. Again, this is a year later and I’m still worried!

Disappointing Company
I had ordered from this company on Jan 7th 2021 for an outfit for my daughters FEB 12th birthday & Valentine’s Day. OVER a MONTH in advance. I received one item weeks before my daughter birthday, didn’t receive second item. I reached out to them & absolutely no response. You’d expect a small business to be on top of everything & make sure all orders are complete. Yes they sent an email saying it takes a full 4 weeks to “process” an order & 3 weeks to “ship”. As someone who’s worked in retails for 3+ years & sent many packages out, this time frame is ridiculous & is an excuse for them to take so long. I will never order from them again & I will never recommend them. I’m sure this review & the countless others will turn plenty of people away. Hopefully this company can get control over their processes & not lie to customers.

Received a note JULY 5th, asking ME to reach out to them with my order number so they can AGAIN research my order and update the status. I have yet to receive the last item in my order, and the baby is now SEVEN MONTHS OLDER. This latest response stated that they provide updates via email. NOT WITH ME! Seriously! Do not work with a company that does NOT actually have product. They're a drop ship company. They have not ONCE offered any compensation for the missing item or for the dissatisfaction with the items received - because I got them AFTER the window for returns. So they make clear that there are delays. Not an issue. But They need to adjust their policies accordingly. What an awful business.
*EDIT (updated 3/17/21): I just received an email from the company. NOTE I still have received neither the item ordered OR a status update on the shipment of same.

*EDIT (updated 3/10/21): As you can see, the company responded to my review. This is a canned response that many have received (see BBB). They obviously did not read my review, otherwise they would have ACTUALLY PROVIDED A STATUS REPORT, which they indicated they would do the THREE times I communicated with them.
*EDIT (updated 3/8/21): Still no product, no follow up and no refund or credit provided.
*EDIT (updated 2/22/21): I reviewed their BBB complaints and let them know that they had offered refunds for other dissatisfied customers. They cancelled the chat.
Placed an order January 2nd (prior to reading reviews - my fault). Order processed on January 12th!!!
Understanding that items could be sent separately, their shipping links are vague (you must contact them to receive the actual links, as what is on the site doesn't work). They state that items could be shipped in separate packaging. They don't state that products are shipped DIRECTLY from the manufacturer. Lenny Lemons does NOT handle any product. They apparently don't have a US warehouse and so do not offer returns.
I am still waiting on one item. NOTE: they will not provide refunds - only store credit - so buyer beware.
The items received were Old Navy quality.
There are no labels, just a tag with a size one would hope is the size you ordered. The care instructions are a joke - Wash Separately. Dry Clean Recommended - FOR BABY CLOTHES!!!
I have communicated with the company at least 4 times. They are going to follow up on the shipping that apparently arrived in the US on January 12th. This is after they said they would follow up last week on the shipping. Awful experience. Do your homework. Check the shipping and return policy before you click "PAY". Work with a company that actually handles their products so that they can stand behind the quality.
