Amazing customer service, willing to go above and beyond to make it happen

I've reached out to Lenshop as they were one of very few shops with even having the glasses I wanted listed, got through to Irene and I couldn't have been put in better hands. My glasses were discontinued and not available anywhere in Europe, but she managed to source last remaining piece from the factory, keeping me up to date throughout the process. Huge shoutout to Irene and would be very happy to bring my business to Lenshop again.

Hello, the lenshop provided me with a quick and honest service. They respond to the emails and really care about their customers. I have ordered two sunglasses that is no more available in the market, but they gladly found it and shipped it to me and was very quick.

I ordered an eyewear that is really rare to find nowadays as it is an old model. I was lucky that Lenshop had it for a reasonable price. They were super fast, I ordered it before noon and it arrived tomorrow in Hungary! They included a cute cleaner and a lovely message. Definitely going to buy again! Thank you :)

Really great customer service and a range of models. Best thing: you get the sizes of frames clearly specified for each product. The product codes match the actual codes of the frames from the producers making it easy to find.

I wanna recommend this store, cos they do their work great and even better! Im talking about customers support.
So i ordered sunglasses to Croatia and for some reason DHL sent it thru North Macedonia. Since its not an EU country parcel stuck at Croatian customs. And since it took like more than a week, the store sent me new sunglasses (which i received in 2 days this time), and 1st one just returned back to the store.
I really appreciate that they didnt leave me with this problem alone!

Just received my Gucci glasses - perfect condition.
I had bought the same pair years ago and they recently broke but couldn’t find a replacement anywhere in the EU but this website. Thank you so much for having these glasses. They came to Ireland from Greece in great time. Thanks again

Living in Bulgaria I had to do some research to find a shop that sold Maui Jim sunglasses, my favorite brand. Discovering the Lenshop in Greece and their website made it extremely easy to find the frame, the style everything. I was a bit hesitant to order so I contacted them by email first to make sure they could ship them to me. They responded within a few hours to my email and I felt confident to complete the order. I received my glasses within a few days by DHL with a personal note from Irene thanking me. You just don't get this kind of service, it is rare. I recommend them for their service, trust, huge selection and personal service.

I've ordered optical frames from the new Pelicer collection from Etnia. Very professional experience through the ordering and shipping process. Before that had other Etnia orders through them, always professional and great shopping experience.

Ordered some LOOL glasses for less than $300 that I’d seen for $500+ in some US shops. I was a little worried about sending so much money overseas but their emails were reassuring and the glasses showed up in Los Angeles in a little over two weeks. Would recommend. ❤️

Even though the glasses I wanted where out of stock they went the extra mile to look if they could find a last pair somewhere. It was much appreciated.

I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses which are not sold anywhere else anymore. The glasses came in a perfect condition and the shipping was extremely fast. Irene was more than helpful when I had a question. PERFECT customer service!I will definitely order again! Thank you!

Fast delivery. Very good customer services. Reliable. Took a while from ordering to get the products because they were not in stock even if online it indicated that they were in stock. However, i was notified about the issue and of what step would be next. And as promised, as soon as the product was available, they immediately shipped it.

I was interested in a very specific pair of frames. Etnia Barcelona Frida black green. Sadly, it seems that they have been discontinued. I was advised of the other colors available, red, yellow, etc. Sadly, those colors won't look nice on me as I am a fair, green eyed redhead. I have a pair of the black green and have been desperately searching for another. The representative was very helpful and truly sorry that they could not help me with my quest. They also advised me of the ETA for my refund.
