I am very satisfied with my experience with Lensmart. The glasses are beautiful, the prices are excellent, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. Thanks to their help, I now have lenses that are incredibly thin and lightweight. I will definitely order from Lensmart again. Highly recommended!

Customer service was really great. I had used an old prescription and they were really accommodating and helped me change my order with the correct prescription. I truly appreciated their help and was not like other companies who would have said "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do about it". It was my mistake and yet, they were very patient with me and made things right. Can't wait for my pair of glasses to arrive!

Once i opened the glasses case , i could feel by the weight of the glasses that they were great quality. It doesn’t feel cheap , it doesn’t look cheap either. Absolutely great quality !

I bought a fab pair of prescription sunglasses a few months ago, they were perfect! The prescription was spot on and they were delivered in good time. Really happy with them. Unfortunately the frame split, I was so disappointed as I really liked them so I contacted Lensmart via Messenger.They genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful! They responded quickly and professionally and within a day they offered to replace them for me. What makes a company stand out for me is customer service and they have definitely done that. Would I use them again? 100% yes! Any worries I had about using an online glasses service have been allayed. Great glasses and great customer service.

I would like to highlight Lensmart’s outstanding customer service. I ordered four pairs of glasses to be shipped directly to Costa Rica. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the local postal service, the package could not be delivered and I never received my order.

I contacted Lensmart’s customer support team, and from the very beginning they were kind, responsive, and professional. They replied promptly to my messages, carefully confirmed all the necessary information, and, without any hassle, arranged to send a replacement order.

I am still waiting for the new glasses to arrive, but their customer service has already exceeded my expectations. It is very reassuring to buy from a company that truly stands behind its customers when unexpected issues arise.

From the initial order Lensmart have been excellent in their responses and communication. Even after I had to make changes to my order, Lensmart were quick to respond and very helpful.

Customer service was great! I had a problem with my order which was my falut- I chose wrong type of lenses for my glasses. I wrote to lensmart support, they answered ASAP and help me with solving my probem. Moreover, I mentioned that I forgot to use promo code, they offered to use it additionaly and after I recieve my order, they will give my saved money back to my bank account. I am satisfied☺️

Ordering from Lensmart was easy and efficient and working with their customer service to get my questions answered was quick and their staff were very nice and helpful. They were very knowledgable and patient to make sure my order was correct for my prescription glasses. Great experience.

I have ordered from similar companies and never had an issue. I ordered from Lensmart , 2 pairs, same frames, Sames prescription. Only difference is one pair had a tint. This pair prescription is off and not wearable.

There is NO fix for their mistake , without me paying more money. The process has been drawn out and there responses have been to ask for just one more thing. Never a solution.

I will not order from this company again.
Zeelool, Zenni, wherelight, Clearly are all better options.
