I honestly don’t even know where to start! From beginning to end, the whole process was so easy and seamless. I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses, and I’m already tempted to order another 15 because I genuinely can’t get enough! 🤭
I’ve never come across prescription glasses that are this stylish and so affordable. The customer service was amazing too. I was kept updated throughout the entire shipping process, which made everything feel so effortless.

i love all the options they gave me to choose from, the price is so affordable and they look great, also they look more expensive then what you think. the quality is so good and it’s better than other brands that i’ve seen. The shipping takes time but and customer service is really nice and easy.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensmart a couple months ago. Unfortunately, one of the pairs arrived with an issue and the frame broke shortly after I received it. I contacted customer service, and they were responsive, professional, and worked with me throughout the entire process.

They reviewed the photos I provided, arranged a replacement without requiring me to return the damaged pair, and the replacement arrived more quickly than my original order. I’ve now been wearing the replacement glasses for several weeks without any issues, and everything has been working well.

I also appreciate that their team stayed in contact with me and followed through on their commitments. While I was disappointed to have a problem with the original pair, I was very happy with how it was resolved.

To confirm the frames are lush, the aftercare and customer service is awful if needed. After multiple emails an agent offered the cost of new frames/lenses at a discount to be resent to me as I am a "valued customer", I confirmed as requested they then say that offer was an error and won't honour it! Awful service and extremely delayed responses.

Beware!! Required varifocal lenses but no option to add full prescription. Messaged customer service and sent my prescription, it was verified and advised to resend it with my order. Glasses arrived about a month later with distance lenses and no tint. Explained process in detail and sent copied messages from customer service. They still insist it’s my mistake not theirs. Offered full refund for glasses but only 70% on lenses that I didn’t ask for. Also have to pay postage to return to California from Glasgow. Terrible company and staff. Will not be using them again. Never had any problem either other online sites.

Lensmart is absolutely amazing! The eyewear arrives as expected and the customer service is phenomenal! I made a mistake when I placed my order and the wonderful customer service rep not only fixed my mistake, but followed up with me through the rest of the process to ensure I understand what to do next!

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered my glasses on March 30 and still have not received. I waited four weeks for my glasses to be shipped to me after I paid for advanced shipping and then they told me my address was insufficient when it’s the address I always use with all my online orders. After sorting all that out, they wanted me to repay for faster shipping because I need my glasses before I leave the country. They said they would not expedite me my glasses without me paying $30 and they still have not been shipped yet. I need to leave the country in a week and desperately need my glasses. On top of all that they do not have a phone number so all of our communication has been through email which is really extremely inconvenient. I will never be ordering from this company again.

Great service and amazing after sales service. Frames are of very good quality and fast.

Glasses were made with incorrect lens, they estimated my PD, a simple email before lenses were made would have rectified this. Apparantly, I should have known about the PD, I am not an optician, and there opticians should not be making lenses without the correct PD, There mistake, BUT they want me to pay £20/30 to rectified it, OR pay £20 to return the glasses to them in America. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK , BECAUSE THIS COMPANY COULDN'T CARE LESS

I absolutely love the two pairs of glasses I got from Lensmart. Usually I go very simple with my glasses, but I wanted something with a little more flair. I took the brave choice to choose two of their pairs with some glitter accents, and oh my goodness, I am so in love with what I got. Both pairs are so flattering, but what really got to me is the fact that it's so sturdy. Even though the glasses are incredibly delicate, I can see that these glasses will hold up for years to come. I already picked out the next two pairs I am going to order from Lensmart and can't wait to see what they look like. So much cheaper than buying glasses directly from the optometrist. Thanks so much, Lensmart. I absolutely love my glasses!

I have ordered atleast 6 pairs of glasses. I had issues with 1 pair and they quickly resolved and sent me a new pair without any issues. I love this company, the glasses, and how reasonable they are.

The prescription of the glasses are spot on, and the range of frames they have are insane, there is basically a pair for everyone. They are really affordable and the quality for that price is also impressively good. I would recommend lensmart to literally everyone.

​Buying prescription glasses from Lensmart has been an incredibly frustrating and costly mistake. I am sharing my honest experience to warn other consumers.
​Extremely Delayed Delivery: The glasses arrived significantly late.
​Defective/Incorrect Prescription: The moment I put these glasses on, I realized I couldn’t see or read properly. They cause severe eye strain and headaches. They clearly failed to manufacture the lenses according to the correct prescription I provided.
​Deceptive Refund Process: Their policy states that customers should be refunded for defective products. However, their customer support is refusing a full refund unless I pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket.
​This is completely unfair. They made a serious mistake with my medical prescription, yet they expect the consumer to pay for the shipping costs just to get a partial refund on the frame.
​Final Verdict: In my opinion, based on this terrible experience, this company is highly unreliable and untrustworthy. Their customer service practices feel predatory. Save your money and your eyesight—look elsewhere for your eyewear needs!
