Two purchases, both with minimal issues
Have ordered twice and both were good experiences. The first time, delivery was prompt and the purchase went very smoothly. The second time, I did not hear anything for about 5 business days after purchasing, prompting me to call customer service. The rep on the phone was very helpful, informed me that there was an issue with the warehouse fulfilment of the order, which would have been nice to know about without my asking, but was nonetheless alright. My shipment ended up coming sooner than expected.

Good service
I had a good impression despite the situation when my lenses ran out. Lensonline sent me an email about changing my order (instead of a different position), but I did not see this until I received the package. I then asked for a refund of my payment and arrange for the return of the package and the manager Annick was so kind as to send me all the papers printed out for postnl. The money was returned in a few days, thank you very much!
