Great customer service

Great customer service ! Adham was Very responsive and polite ! The lens was everything i wanted anf delivery was on time, only one mention that the postage was expensive but it does have to cover alot with these expensive lenses. Overall pretty perfect

Superb service

Have used Lenspimp in the past and keep coming back. Great website. Excellent prices and equipment is top notch.

Hire prices are good and the service you get is second to none. Items delivered when they are supposed to be and well secured for transit.

Highly recommended service.

I recently hired a lens fairly last …

I recently hired a lens fairly last minute and the team at lens pimp were fantastic from start to finish. I was phoned to discuss the delivery (as it was over bank holiday) to ensure I had the best option for what I needed. Adham was really friendly and helpful. I received the lens which was in great condition and when it came to posting back all the instructions were there.
I will definitely use this company again!

Very friendly helpful efficient …

Very friendly helpful efficient service. The lenses were top quality. I extended my hire withou hitch. I will definitely go to lenspimp again. It is so easy now to get access to equipment I only need occasionally.

A great personal service, efficient and curteous

First time using them and it will definitely not be my last... Such a great personal service, efficient and curteous. They really went an extra mile to make sure i had what i needed and was satisfied. Great prices too.

Fast, easy and pleasant

A very fast, easy and pleasant experience with lens pimp; and everyone loves EASY! Huge deposits put me off using other rivals so this and the range lens pimp stocks is what attracted me to them. You also seem to get quite a personal service which is also nice. As a professional photographer this is exactly what we need when we have had a last minute job come in that we need some further reach for. I would highly recommend them to others for lens hire. Really good service

Really good service. Wish it was a bit cheaper - quite pricey once you factor in return costs. However, really useful to be able to hire so easily and be delivered so promptly

Superb service

Superb service, I ordered at 1pm On the Wednesday and Received my lens at 10am the following day. Such good service I then ordered a camera body off them at 3pm for again a 9.30am delivery the next day.

Very helpful and friendly on the phone, will definitely be using again.
