Pleased with this company. I ordered some daily lenses - a good price, and quick delivery.

I’ve been using lenssaver for a long while and they’ve always been exceptional. Exceptional value, exceptional service. Every once in a while a small free gift has been included with my order, it certainly makes the experience that little bit better! Highly recommended.

We have used Lensaver for a couple of years. We were first attracted by competitive prices but the service has always been excellent with good communication and prompt deliveries.

Only half were delivered next day. Had to wait a week for the rest. Not ideal when you’re going away.

No shipping or contact in a week. Have contacted them twice unsuccessfully. Already paid but no delivery.

Third email was sent and received a call where I was told that the lenses was discontinued as I perhaps know. How would I know?! No one told me?
Was offered to change to weaker och stronger lenses. I said no (and right so). Why should I buy wrong strength lenses?! You could have send another brand instead but with the right strength.
I won’t be buying from Lenssaver again. Joke of a company.

Ordered lenses online had to chase as no date for delivery when I did Royal Mail have delivered to an unknown address with a photo of a house clearly not mine but cannot get my money back from this retailer even for non-delivery, have contacted PayPal but the seller claims it has been delivered but to who and where no one knows so getting no where won’t be using again and will be contacting trading standards.

Once again, Lenssaver have provided an outstanding service. My prescription changed this time, so I was slightly worried that I might receive the old prescription, but, no, the right lenses arrived from the UK here in Dubai in record time. Even though I pay duty on imported lenses, it saves me a significant amount to order them from Lenssavers - even when taking courier shipment into account. I recommend Lenssavers to any expatriate users needing cost-effective lenses overseas.

1st class and quick and efficient delivery

Very poor service, Lenses purchased arrived faulty and I asked for a refund or replacement. I returned their lenses at my own expense. Waited six weeks for replacements which never turned up. Section 75 recall put into place to recall the money via Barclaycard..
