Well what a company. OUTSTANDING!!

Well what a company. I’m going on holiday In 1 hour. My contact lenses were due to be delivered by Royal Mail today but for some reason they got held up I was left with no contacts to go on holiday. I contacted customer care to be told that they were sending one of their own employees from Birmingham to Merthyr Tydfil south wales to deliver my contacts personally. I honestly don’t know what other company would offer this. I can’t thank lenszone enough. I will never purchase from another company again.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Shambles of a customer service. Sadly I doubt that Afhra Yakub (director) cares at all about the shocking service provided. Ordered 30 days of disposable contacts using prescription i have used for years with specsavers and feelgood contacts with no issues. Lenszone send me lenses that i cant see a thing through but they claim its the correct prescription for the product. Fobbed me off with a load of nonsense responses from someone I suspect is a made up person. Have a look on companies house for this company before considering any purchase. I am left with two boxes of completely unusable contacts. Don’t believe whatever nonsense response they post. Shop elsewhere

Used this company for the first time…

Used this company for the first time and would never use again. At time of ordering states would be dispatched next day, five days later and no lenses. Don’t answer calls and don’t respond to emails. Disgusting service, wouldn’t order from them again

I thought I'd try another company as I…

I thought I'd try another company as I normally use Feelgood Contacts.
It's taken a week so far & my contacts still haven't arrived.
Feelgood contacts literally only take 1 working day....I'll never stray from them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service, love that they accept Klarna, also cheaper than the rivals, I order my Alcon Total 30 every 3 months with no issues. Love the lollipop too. haha.

no customer care , lack of communicaton

Placed an order with 48 hour delivery and no dispatch and no email response. i have spent 20mins yesterday on the phone no one answered and now i am on hold for 32 mins and no responce. I have spend £155 and I think its unprofessional. I have sent emails and very delayed response.

Poor company please avoid them!!

Poor company please avoid them!!! Ordered lenses with a 48 hour delivery promise over a week ago. Have emailed chasing my delivery, had no response, no response to Facebook message. Currently been on hold now for 25 mins since they first opened this morning and no answer. Nothing I can do but be forced to spend hours trying to get my money back! I will stick to vision direct who post them out within 1 day.

Took 12 days to arrive despite advertising 48 hours despatched they took 10 days.

I have had to call and message with no reply then tonight I have received the wrong lenses .
I am lacking faith after spending £200 .
Update.
I have now received my replacement lenses and a credit for the problems including an e mail checking iv received my replacement lenses .
