very slow service, and customer service is useless. you need to improve shipping, u cant make customer paying for fast delivery and receive the item same as normal post. and this has happen more than once.

Thank you so much for your comment. We are deeply sorry for the inconveniences caused.
It is true you have ordered with a fast delivery (within 24h), but there are areas where the delivery is in 48h (this is also explained in our website) and your area is one of them. In the last order you received it a bit later because there was a bank holiday. We cannot do anything about that unfortunately.
Regarding our customer service, we have seen she has answered every single request and email you have sent to us and she has explained you several times how it works with UPS, she has sent to you the links where to find this information in our website and she has replied quickly and politely.
