The company are great

The company service and despatch were fine as so happens in Spain the carrier lets the company down.Correos said they would deliver Friday did not deliver I rang and they said we were not in (We never left the house)However the parcel would be delivered Monday again we waited and it did not arrive They then sent the parcel to the local postoffice and all was well

Normally, Correos has 3-4 working days to deliver the parcel since it is despatched, so it arrived withing the days we inform in our website. However, if they told you it was going to be delivered on Friday and no one did, we will defenitely report it and we will solve this out to avoid this situation in the future. For further purchases, we would like to inform you we have also UPS delivery, so you have more choices if you do not want to use Correos anymore.

If on the mail there is write that something is a gift only for one day, this souldn't consume your bonus point, for the other htings (sending, time, price and so on) is perfect!

I have checked your order to verify what the problem could be and I have seen all the products you got were in the bonus points section. None of them were from any offer we launched. That is why you have less bonus points, because the products chosen were from that section.

On the other hand, the day you placed the order we did not have any offer of one day, but another one that lasted until the 2nd of August. Unfortunately, none of the product offered were the ones you chose.

The only place to get your lenses.

The only place to get your lenses. I order mine here every month. If you buy before 2pm you get your order next day, via UPS. I've used them 6 months now, and I've gotten my contacts the next day every time, including during christmas season!!! +You get points when you order so you can easily get sent free liquid every time you purchase, which is nice. I've looked around and it's THE BEST SITE TO ORDER CONTACTS REGULARLY!!! Believe me! :) // el mejor sitio web para pedir lentillas!!! Fast and easy to order

Being that I am away from home where I would normally go to my eye doctor to get my contact lenses, this was the perfect to get them fast and without any hassles! I am very happy with my purchase, it's half the price, and the delivery is within 2-3 days.

Products are excellent but delivery service (UPS) is terrible!

I have placed two orders with Lentiamo and both times the courier (UPS) gave me terrible service. The first time UPS rang to say they could not find my casa and I had to meet their van at a petrol station, about 2 km away. This last order the same thing happened and I was unable to meet the van and so the UPS driver came back the next day and eventually, in the afternoon, he arrived. I had to spend two days waiting for an order which other courier companies deliver without problems. My casa is easy to find on Google maps but UPS do not have the intelligence to look.
Unfortunately I will not be placing any more orders with Lentiamo if they use UPS for delivery. Thank you
