I bought the Gianni baguette in ivory…
I bought the Gianni baguette in ivory liege. It is more beige than ivory (slightly darker than pictured). Also, the hardware looks horrible—scratched and textured clasps and buckles. I’m fairly disappointed given the cost, but the bag looks well made. Certainly would not have bought it in person and will be returning though that seems to be a hassle.

1. All our metal pieces are made with stainless steel using PVD coating. This is a very high quality finish and very very durable. As a stylistic choice we use a vibrated effect that creates the cloudy effect on the pieces but this is not a defect or a bad quality.
2. Our return process is now easier then ever : if you are in Europe you can create your label directly on our website. And if you are in the USA/Canada we can provide a return label with DHL.

Poor quality
Bought the Le Mini Duo and the clasp fell off after three days of use. There was also a small stain on the clasp when it arrived. I appreciated the brand offered a refund but the quality was not acceptable.

Terrible quality and poor CS
Most horrible online shopping I’ve ever had.
Firstly, they delayed the shipping. When I placed the order in early September, they said they’d be shipping by end of September. But I did not receive any shipping details by end of September, and I waited a few more days (early October) and wrote them an email about this and would like to request a full refund. They wrote back and said they were preparing the bag and totally IGNORED my refund request.
The bag arrived by 7 Oct, finally. But it’s with many scratches once I took it out from the protective bag it came along with. Also the packaging was not even decent. They just wrap it with a plastic packaging bag and stuff it in a paper box with no brand name on it.
Dayum. Am truly disappointed I honestly urge you not to buy from this seller. Their products are just too OVERPRICED and not worth it.

Last but not least, I hope you guys can do a better QC as there are multiple similar cases found on Reddit. At first I liked the brand so I placed my order. Unfortunately the QC was not up to standard. Your marketing is good so please don’t let your products ruin the brand.

I walked into the store and was greeted very kindly. I would like to purchase a baguette bag but a new piece for the colour that I liked was unavailable. I was then offered an option to have the bag mailed to my house in Singapore. I did not manage to get a tax refund as the bag was not bought on the spot but I got a new piece and also the convenience of having it delivered. I am happy with my purchase! Thank you!
