Refund policy scam

This company is a scam - they also do ‘active wear’ claiming cellulite reduction with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. I returned my package exactly as they direct (extremely poor quality of material and cut) and they confirmed recival only to deny my refund as there logistics team received it back in to their warehouse through the wrong channels - they admitted it was their error. Buy from this company at your own risk.

Nicht für Allergiker geeignet

I was the happy wearer of one of the most beautiful Leo Mazzotti necklaces for several years. Now my favorite necklace has gone missing. I immediately ordered a new (same) necklace.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the necklace is no longer made of pure stainless steel, but also contains traces of nickel. I am allergic to nickel and would never have bought a necklace like that. Now I am having an allergic reaction. The skin on my neck has turned reddish and itches constantly. Unfortunately, I can no longer wear the necklace and wanted to return it and get my money back. So far, no reaction.

I find that pretty irresponsible of Leo Mazzotti. They should change the item description immediately. The necklace is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

SPAM! NOT REFUNDING MONEY

I had to return the bracelet since it did not fit. This was at the beginning of January. Still not received my money! I wrote 4 Mails and contacted them via Instagram - no response! SPAM!!

Beware of this company

Actually, I give this company zero star rating. I placed an order with them back in July 2021, and have yet to receive my order I have sent them several emails in the same response was delayed because of Covid. I have never received a refund to date what a crappy business to run not a satisfied customer And I advise anyone do not order from them

My order has not arrived

My order has not arrived and no way to contact them. Neither the chat function on their website or the contact form exists on the contacts page. So no way to get in touch. It also refers to an ambassador program which when you click on the link it doesn’t work. No reply ever to my emails. Note all the responses given here give no emails address of somebody to contact within the company

SCAM!

SCAM!! i placed 2 orders, after which i returned one of them. according to my tracking it was received by them, however I never got my money back. They keep saying they didn't receive it. after tons of emails and 1 years later. I'm sick of it. never buying here again. DON'T recommend

DIDN'T receive my order

I ordered 3 times jewelry from Leo Mazzotti and twice I was really satisfied with everything- delivery and quality of jewelry.
Last time I made an order in July and I still didn't receive it! Wrote them in Instagram about it but never heard from them..
LEO Mazzotti, I want my order. Or my money back.

Worst experience

I ordered 2 Necklace from them on 3rd of Dec 2021. The very first time when they send me the parcel, they told that "The supplier couldn't contact me for some reason so it was reversed back to them." So, they said it will be delivered to me soon and its on process. Again, I received nothing. When, I email to the same email address from which they send me email at first time. Now, they tell that "We do not handle these type of issue so, go to the supporting team website. I went there and told them the issue. Each and every time the reply will be, we will send the parcel to you as soon as possible but I have already waited enough for 9 months now. After, tons of messaging and complaining about my order and always same reply that it will be send to me soon, it has already crossed the limit of my patience level. So, I asked to give me my refund and I don't need any necklace. Now, they have totally abandoned me and no reply.

The jewelry is very pretty but after…

The jewelry is very pretty but after buying around 7-8 items and all of them look super used after wearing them a couple of months I feel like its wasted money because I can compare it to other jewelry that I wear non stop and still looks like new. Never again!

very nice jewellery but...

very nice jewellery. so cute and feminine. However, I had to pay heavy duty to receive it. I think the packaging is really cheap. an envelope with bubble wrap and then just a cheap pouch. the earrings were bent and needed to be corrected. I don't think they will last long.

Excelent service

Excelent service! I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend, it has arrived in 2 weeks. First time the necklace was deficient therefore I had to write to the customer service. CService was quick and very friendly, they sent a new necklace right away. The new product has perfect quality! Recommend for everyone!

RETRACTION

RETRACTION! I wrote a scathing review on 21 December because I had not received jewellery I ordered in mid-November, the communication with the company was non-existent and I had not received a tracking number.
I have today (31 December) received my order and am very pleased with the product.
So I retract and tender my apologies for my previous words. Leo Mazzotti did fulfil my order, but please in the future provide decent communication and tracking numbers to your clients

I ordered a necklace 1 month ago and I haven’t received it yet. I contacted the customer support to find out where my package is but there’s always an auto-reply. If it’s lost I want to be refunded.
