The worst ever payment solution ever…

The worst ever payment solution ever seen.
1. Support does not react on problems.
2. E-mails are not replied, standard replies like "we are very busy"
3. Call center is not somehow connected to a bank, they standard reply is "expect e-mail from compliance department"
4. Absolutely no feedback
5. Doing things extremely slowly
I have rich experience with them - in fact EVERY inbound transfer made from Russia is checked.
They inquire the documents, I send all necessary documents in 30 minutes hoping to get access to my money. I tried calling them 20 times, every 2 hours and warned that my business was suffering from their actions, but they do not care. They had frozen all my money on my account and did not release for almost 2 weeks. I did not manage to make transfer to my partner and as a result I lost a customer.
They are not serious, small company from Bulgaria. They even cannot operatively check 2 documents - contract on 2 pages and invoice. After that check money was sent to Sender back. Thus, I lost thousands eur several times. Thanks to Leupay. Now I decided to change the e-wallet.

Account block without any notice since 1 week!

I have a french company and since more than a week my account is in verification+block.
They asked me for invoices that i provided same day, but since 1 week they cannot provide me any infos by phone/email.
i called and ask to talk to the manager at least 3 times this week but he's never at the office...Now i feel that they just play with the time to keep the funds or whatever other reason
I don't want to start for long procedure with them as the banking was really without any issues for more than 7-8 months but their (no) answers are not reassuring at all and i will consult with my lawyers this week end to evaluate best option
hope they will at least call me on Monday to explain me compliance procedure...

Good institution

So I am like all the other clients, our transactions got stuck on October 2018, and after 11 months of frustration, I finally received an email yesterday saying that my funds are ready and that I need to send them a bank account So I send them my bank account, and then I received an email saying that they cannot transfer money to my country which is "Lebanon". I had to open another account in EU and I received the money. So I am happy with the situation.

Extra sense of security

I really like the extra step(s) that LP goes through before establishing an account. It gives an additional sense of security when establishing a business relationship, especially the short, live interview with one of their account representatives.
I can provide further views when I have more experience using LeoPay’s services going forward.

extremely disappointed

Hello All Reader,

I was using LeuPay until in November 2018 on of the income payment got blocked. I checked with LeuPay and they informed that their partner, SATA Bank who process SEPA Payments for them has some issue and all payments between the certain time period got blocked. It is now August 2019, I have still not received that blocked amount. Everytime when I send email to LeuPay, I get same reply stating the issue is caused by SATA Bank and they are working closely with the concerned authorities to get it resolve. They are not providing any time frame. They are also not compensating the blocked amount.
LeuPay has not provided any evidence which could show that they are seriously chasing the issue or what is the progress so far.

My recommendation is do not use LeuPay. Again they are still using Third Parties to process payments for them. What is the guarantee that these new partners will not do the same as SATA Bank. LeuPay does not provide any guarantee for safety of amount under these cases.

I am being very generous by giving them 1 Star bc there is no option to give less than 1 Star.

I am not satisfied with customer…

I am not satisfied with customer service, since October I have 400 euros that have been on another account of the former bank, Leupay of the time SATABANK of Malta (transfer not made) , and since I can not recover this sum , and the answer of Léopay is no return to this day, it is unacceptable , scandalous ,they have all the elements and do nothing, I am very dissatisfied with their service .

It's a SCAM. We're taking a legal action

Money arbitrary frozen, transfers rejected, account not working from very long time without a real reason.

My company is starting a criminal case of fraud against Leopay in Bulgaria.

The legal office that is reviewing the case anticipated us that found out other cases of fraud against Leopay and we are arranging a class action.

Let's wait the justice in the while I suggest everyone to stay far away from Leopay because most probably they will be charged of fraud and then the license revoked and all accounts sized.

I’m custumer since 2015

I’m custumer since 2015, I’m always very satisfied for Leupay (LeoPay), they have very good customers service.
Also 3 years ago, somebody duplicate my card, and stole me arround 2000€, but Leupay help me with Visa to get back the money, and I get the refund 2000 € after 1 month.
They are very serious and professional since 4 years I use their services in all arround the world (I travel a lot).
Thank you LeoPay, and please don’t change !
