ACCOUNT LOCKED WITHOUT REASON (WITH MONEY INSIDE)
My business is 100% clean business that is sure 100% regular and has nothing to do with money laundering or black money or something like that.
Again I repeat Business regular and clean 100% I can swear it in a law court.
About 10 days ago Leopay contacted me about an incoming payment from a customer for the amount of around 50 euro (FIFTY EURO)
I gave fully explanation, documentation, invoice, proof, even the ID Card of the clients, etc...
They want to know very much in depth and no problem for me because I have nothing to hide.
What happened then?
Account locked with money inside from more then 1 week without any reason,
I called at least 4 or 5 times, sent a lot of emails, they told me, there is not specific time frame, my money can stay locked even for months, they just don't know.
My business in the while is stuck, can't pay suppliers, cant' pay accountant, can't receive money from customers, can't even pay tax if needed.
What an honest person with an honest business like me must do in front of something like that?
I will keep you updated and I will write the story more in depth and in detail if they do not fix the problem and let me work again getting me and my business in big trouble.

I had a very positive experience using LeoPay. The only thing that keeps me from switching to their service as primary are unrealistic fees for SEPA transfers. Otherwise, everything is perfect and reliable.
I am writing this review right after a successful charge back for unauthorized transaction. I used my Leo card to pay in a hotel in France. Then followed unauthorized charges for different amounts. One of the charge was successful. It took about 2 months after filing a chargeback claim but LeoPay returned me my money back. Well, they did charge 15 euro for a chargeback but I am very pleased anyway.

Terrible!!! 15 days a friend withdraw to my account is blocked, they keep asking documents to you and hold your money. Email support does not work and phone support makes nothing just tell that they are working on it. Take care! I would not put my money on this company anymore. Next step closing my account. Leopay NEVER MORE!

We've been client of LeoPay for 3 years, and, unfortunately, there are clear signs that service has degraded after Satabank row.
It was known to us that LeoPay ceased to process USD payments back in 2017. However, recently one of our clients asked for payment to be in USD, so we decided to check if the USD facility is reactivated. Logged on to the account, went to Funding tab - and got IBAN for USD. No warning (as it was the case previously). Double-checked with FAQ and it said that USD is supported currency. Client was supplied with payment details and made a transfer on Friday.
Now, the question is - would we get a transfer from the client? Na-da. Support replied to our e-mail with transaction supporting documents that they are not able to receive a transfer in USD and it would be returned to the sender. Client would have to wait for 60 days to get monies back and we would lose an important deal. I personally don't understand why the warning about USD transfers was removed, why the currency is still listed on FAQs section and in Tariffs.

I do not believe to many of 1 star comments here, Probably the people complaining here have some compliance issues not originated by LeoPay or there are some competitors of LeoPay that are writing negative reviews.

LeoPay is scam. They froze my money for no reason and I can't get it back.

I can also use it for my Dutch bank account. I couldn't log in the app though, better use it dirrctly from the website.

Get rid of your account while you can. Money disappears and the customer service does not reply.
They have been saying that the compliance need technical time to review the case. This has been going on for 2 months now.
Our business has lost clients due to this.
We will initiate a criminal case in Bulgaria in the coming days.
