Fraud

Fraud. They sold me a GPS device by Tractive for my cat which I found not to be working properly - the device simply does not fulfill its functions as described. It is not accurate in showing me the position of my pet and is too late and clumsy in reacting to be of any use. It simply does not serve its purpose. I returned it within the legal peridod of 2 weeks (EU law!) and claimed my money back. They refused to return my money claiming the device was "full of hairs" (I cleaned it, but there could have been a hair or two ON it, because it is closed hermetically) and so they sent MY PROPERTY (since they did not refund me!) without my consent! to be "serviced", for they doubted whether it would work with a few cat hairs. Are they ridiculous or what? A GPS device for pets that would not work because of a few hairs? My cat is dark and so is the device, so I might have missed a few hairs, they are very thin and tiny. But to claim that a device which is waterproof and created to be resistent outdoors would not work because of a few cat hairs, with which it is designed to be i contact is simply... a big, fat, ridiculous lie! And possible abuse of my property, since I do not know what they will do to the device in the "service" to make it look like it does not work (and then re-sell it to someone).

It is quite obvious that I fell upon Romanian swindlers who seek a pre-text in order not to return to me the device or the money. I will follow them through European institutions to hell, if necessary. This is not just fraud, this us total disgrace!
