I placed an order on 06.02.19 the estimated delivery was 11.02/18.02 19 as it had not arrived I emailed Lesara who altered the status of my order to shipped, but when I tried to check the tracking number it is showing nothing. I have emailed Lesara customer service 3 times and each time they send the tracking number on an email which is no use. I am bitterly disappointed as I have ordered a few times and never had a problem always arrived within the estimated time. I have asked for a refund but had no reply to that either. Don't think I'll be ordering with them again!!!!!

Awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order on Lesara.co.uk for Christmas that had the estimated delivery date of 28.11.2018 - 05.12.2018. It’s now 16.12.2018 and no sign of my order. Cannot track it on the DHL website as the tracking number Lesara provided shows no activity. Contacted Lesara customer services about the status of my order and received no response. Received no response when I asked for a refund. Have opened a Paypal case against Lesara to claim my money back. Lesara have not responded to this.
Absolutely appalling. Have now had to purchase additional presents as ones ordered from Lesara are very unlikely to show up.

Do not order from Lesara.

It does not always receive orders, but returned the money (denim shorts did not receive) and that is good, so 4 stars

I love everything i have brought from Lesara. The sizes are good and the styles are great for the larger lady which i am. There is more choice and at a reasonable price. Whats not to like with Lesara and you can quote me on that point.

I will inform you of how worthy LESARA are as Company for Any Ebay Seller wishing to drop-ship from them... I Have in my orders over 20 paddling pools of various sizes all coming to the uk..

I must admit that shipping and dispatch could be better, i ordered beginning 2nd july, today is the 8th and only 6 items have tracking and the tracking states receiving on Tuesday..

Iv been in communication with FREDDY and everything is good as far as customer service goes, I had 2 issues to begin with 1 refund/cancelled order and 4 PAYMENT REVIEWS , All of which where sorted, in fact THE REFUND CAME IMMEDIATELY. And following the refund all my Payment reviews where released also..

It is now weekend and FREDDY assured me that my orders where going through and im now hoping that everything runs smoothly next week so my customers get there pools in time for the weekend... At that point i will update in full.

But as it goes now, LESARA have done very well and its looking good.. Im also uk based so the delivery times haven't been too bad, But we will see next week..

But im giving them a 4star review for now...Lets see if they can help a ebay drop-shipper out or not... TEST TIME LESARA lol....Ross D

I was very happy with my product, the quality and service were excellent, I emailed a message about delivery and was answered within 24 hours, my trainers arrived on time and were excacly what they looked like on line.

Beautiful Knife Set

Ordered a knife set from them because we don't seem to have things like this is England, the product is fantastic colour, style, workmanship and the customer service brilliant will certainly be using again

Items much better than expected! Good quality, decent delivery.

We had to return one item, it was not a problem for us.

Delivery could have been quicker and Material could have been thicker but Overall I was satisfied with the product as it was a perfect fit!
