Very good indeed

This is the third time I have used this supplier and I cannot speak highly enough of them. We are currently looking at the most wonderful display of tulips in tubs outside our house. Thankyou we will return.

Its 4 stars and half for me

Its 4 stars and half for me. Delivery was fast, the order looked good. I have planted them now we will see if they will bloom. The downside was that there was no instructions at all. A leaflet would be very helpful.
Overall satisfied!

3 bulbs ROTTED IN POST

3 bulbs Allium gianteum all bulbs are rotten and damaged Disgraceful service, I will be contacting PayPal for a refund if you do not deal with this disgusting service

Votre colis se trouve en point relais selon votre suivi, car personne n'était présent lors des livraisons. Vous pouvez choisir de retirer votre colis en point relais ou de le faire retourner (cela sera automatiquement effectué si vous ne le récupérez pas). Vous serez remboursé dès son retour à notre entrepôt." Please collect your package from the designated collection point, the pick-up point is listed in your track and trace ( PostNL 3SHMLT7775243 and ColisPrive R86 101 207 277) It's possible the package will already be returned to our warehouse. In that case, you will receive an email from us asking you to indicate whether you want to resend it or request a refund. I can't find any messages under your name or order number in our email exchanges. Please check that you haven't sent the e-mail to a no-reply email. Please use the contact form on our website. I'm sorry to hear you find our customer service poor. However, I don't know what additional information is required in this case. I ordered 2 plants which were…

I ordered 2 plants which were dispatched very quickly. I was concerned because the French carrier was very slow delivering the plants and in all it took 8 days. However the plants were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, which was impressive.

Terrible delivery service

No prior notice of delivery date. Item despatched 6/3 still not received.
Customer service at lesbulbesafleurs was very helpful and communicated well.
