I received the bulbs in good time
I received the bulbs in good time, very well packed. There was no damage to any of them. I have planted them and later in the spring, when they flower, I could tell more about that quality.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY,never delivered the bulbs, never replied to any emailed messages, and after searching the internet for a telephone number, it is just a message on a loop which says 'our phone lines are very busy at the moment, the same message every day 5 calls each day. I have looked on other review sites it is the same story. SCAM

Received my parcel even though No follow up no parcel no nothing after 10 days
EDIT : finally received the order and even though the website lacks professionalism the customer service was correct. Received everything, the bulbs look healthy, now I have to wait till next yeart !
I've been waiting for follow up regarding order 21254673 which I payed for over 1 business week ago (15th of august). I received absolutely no follow-up and this even lead to me answering a fraudulent mail from a supposed carrier for the first time ever in my life and having to oppose my husband's credit card ! (yes, i am not used to receiving 0 follow up on order after 10 days / 1 business week !)
I hope at last I will receive a complete order where nothing is missing and everything is fine cause for now the lack of follow up is pretty worrying !
