I rang the Solihull shop to ask about a red fascinator I had seen earlier that day but wasn’t sure about. As I wasn’t local the lady very kindly gave me the code for it & advised me about the online site. I ordered it & it arrived well packed & on time & im very happy with it.

Lesley was very helpful when I phoned to ask about her fascinators online. She asked me to send a photo of my mother of the groom dress to her to help with a colour match. She went out of her way to source a second one I had my eye on and sent them both asap to my home address in Edinburgh. Both were a perfect match and I was able to easily send back the one I didn't use. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely,helpful lady with a wonderful range of fascinators and hats. Would highly recommend her website.

I ordered a hat from Lesley Ashworth Accessories. When it arrived it was not the right colour so I returned. However Lesley Ashworth refused to issue a refund as she said the hat was damaged. This is obviously a scam as the hat was in perfect condition when I returned and I used their original packaging. Take my advice and do not order anything from this company. I have lost £156.

Order was delivered promptly with notification of exactly when it would arrive……The scarves were really nice quality .

Great shop in Solihull town centre. Have never seen so many hats and fascinators in one place! Better choice than the big department stores! Staff were really helpful when I went in and matched my dress perfectly with some accessories.
