Not recommended
They had some good reviews so I decided to try them, we and our child ended up very disappointed.
They act as an agency to contract local teachers and just want monthly subscriptions regardless of cancellations. No flexibility provided - Their policy makes clear that rescheduling is not guaranteed and is entirely at their discretion, and in our case no meaningful accommodation was offered.
. We didn't get any. Didn't give us much information about the teacher they contracted to at the beginning either. Their price point was high compared with local levels, it seems that their fee needs to be taken out before paying the teacher.
My questions and later complaints were ignored, and upon repeated requests to cancel my subscription, they still charged me to the point of their response, not when I asked for it (no lessons happened during that time).
Use your local teachers instead!
