Great quality clothing from a great company
I’ve got a few pieces of L’estrange, the 24 trousers always get compliments and I love that I can wear them to the pub or to a wedding, also a big fan of their tees which look epic with the 24 trousers and shorts.
What I also love about L’estrange is they do the right thing for the industry and discourage fast fashion, no black Friday sales and re-work is a great example of this.
My only gripe is when I went to store I felt like the staff looked down, I ended up leaving the store and buying online instead.

Not provided with the stated free return
A t-shirt was purchased online on the basis that the company provide free returns to UK customers. The t-shirt did not fit well: too high at the fron so that the collar comes across my adam's apple, and too loose at the back: a very strange fit. On raising a return the company then say I have to pay for return postage, which is in clear contridiction to the terms stated on the website. I now have hope that L'Estrange sort out the free returns they are obliged to offer, or whether I will need to make a claim against them

We do indeed offer free returns within the UK, and customers have the option to return their order using a Royal Mail QR which is a paperless service or via a DPD returns label. There is a third return option for customers who desire to return their order using a method of their choosing, but we do not cover the cost of these returns. If this is how you returned your order, please email support@lestrangelondon.com, provide us with a copy of the receipt, and we'll gladly reimburse you for the cost on this occasion.
