I really like the design and the quality of the clothes along with the philosophy of the company. I have been wearing L’Estrange clothes since the first lock down.

I love L’Estrange! Their clothes are made with high quality materials and are designed for every day wear. I love the attention to detail they show when designing their minimalist clothes. In addition, the brand strives to have a sustainable approach to producing and marketing their clothes. I look good and comfortable wearing L’Estrange, and I feel good knowing that I am helping to contribute to a better environment.

The company ideals are great and the customer service was amazing, but sadly the quality simply wasn't there yet. The hem has split in three different places while I've been getting into my shorts. They offered to pay for the repair at a tailor which was great but was a pain to find time for. Then the seam ripped in another two places over the coming months anyway. I have worn them far less than any other shorts and simply collect dust now.

Could I go back to L'Estrange and ask them to repair two more rips in the hem? Possibly. But I'd certainly have to arrange a different stitch than the original, if your starting to see the problem here.

It should be noted that their cotton 24 trousers and shorts have a very thin, synthetic-like feel to them. Sometimes I enjoyed this and sometimes I didn't.

I'm very much on the move towards buying from more conscious B Corps (or better) in every decision, so I want to try L'Estrange again, but I just can't yet. Hopefully one day I'll be able to come back here and change this review.

Good quality products, speedy service and easy to order. Fit is true to size. Recommended

I’ve had 2 Wool trousers, and one 24 Trouser. All have been comfortable but the quality sadly has been poor.

The wool trousers developed holes in the knees within one season which was refused an exchange / repair.

The 24 trousers lasted 2 years but today the zip buckle sheered off, and the leg fabric started coming away.

Quality should be far better for the cost. I’m not rough on cloths and I work from home so it’s pretty light / careful wear (though granted I did live in them!).

I sadly won’t buy again due to this experience.

I'm a regular L'Estrange customer, and have a number of different items. Without exception they are all great - the quality of material, fit, style, all on point.

Beautifully made, high quality, sustainable, perfectly subdued colour palette.

Beautifully made clothing from this company who have a strong ethic when it comes to sustainability. The trousers arrived one day after ordering in a presentation box with lovely little touches that make receiving your purchase that little bit more special. The fit and finish are excellent and you can tell the quality means they will last. Great clothing that can be adapted to any combination for dressing up or down depending on the occasion.

Went into the Spitalfields store. The service was great and I felt under no pressure to buy despite trying on a few items.

The trousers and blazer are fantastic. Really comfortable and can be dressed up formally or dressed down. The fit is not too slim and there is just the right amount of stretch to make you forget you’re wearing a suit.

The perfect fit! The limited edition wool trousers are super comfortable and can be worn casually or in formal settings. I like the belt loops on this limited edition pair. Will be back for more!
