Original items were shipped immediately and arrived quickly. I exchanged the items and after a few emails, the status of the replacement items was cleared up. I exchanged the items, because they were too slim and ordered the relaxed fit trousers. I would order from them again. I look forward to receiving the new trousers.

This was my first online experience with this retailer - following a recommendation - although I was not disappointed in the product, I had to return the item for exchange to a slightly larger size. My issue was not with the process of return, but by the lack of communication as to my return item being recieved by their distributors and the replacement being despatched. I would like too think that a competitive luxury brand in todays market, would have a system of simlar pedigree of customer service to their brand. To date all I know is I'm am lighter by £***.00 and no garment. Come on guys speed it up...!!

All the clothing I own of the LeStrange brand brings me such joy. High quality fabrics and extremely good fitting clothing .

The 24 Trouser slim fit are the nicest pair of trousers I own. They fit well, look smart and are very comfy. Dress them up or down. Will look to get another pair soon.

Owing to an operation I had to wait to wear my Lestrange trousers and I’m glad I did. They are stylish and extremely comfortable; I expect to buy more pairs relatively soon.

I have been wearing your clothes for about 5+ years. I started with the 24 hours trousers and I carried on purchasing them ever since. At this point I cannot deny it.... I am addicted! no word of a lie look me up on your system and I am there LOL Mitchell Onuorah

No comment on clothing quality, etc.

However, refunds for returns are excrutiatingly long. Most clothing ecommerce companies refund 24-48 hours after receiving returned merchandise. Lestrange is taking over 1 week and that's not counting the 1 week for transit back to UK.

Overall a very disappointing experience given the price of the garments

Great quality! and when It turned out that the size I ordered was a little bit too large it was easy to exchange

Products failed twice iremperable by skilled craftsperson.

However - Not the issue

Certain products sold as "tropical" or including very breathable materials such as linen are hyped as summer or holiday garments.

In both cases the material is so thick and mixed with other material to the point where linen etc is negligible that they are roughly as comfortable in the heat as jeans.

1* not because the pants deserve 1 star but when price is factored I yes 1 star. They are beutiful, they are sleek as long as they last they make you feel confident. However both pairs that I have owned have last roughly 20 wears and 2 before disintegrating.

Offer materials that last and I will rate 5 across the board and buy pairs for everyone I know

As is they are a luxury for myself when I need to look my best

I have been enjoying my 24 trousers from L'Estrange for a few years now and wanted to move into their shirts. I had a (self-inflicted) issue with my account that the team spent a lot of effort fixing for me. They were super responsive and helpful and the whole process was a great customer experience. My beautiful new shirt arrived today, wrapped and tracked really nicely. Plus I can be happy that it is such a sustainable brand. Thanks so much!

I saw your brand via Instagram ads for a period of over 12 months. At first I thought it was another brand trying to spam me about products as a result of googling Chinos!
But, overtime I learnt more about your brand and realised you had a store in Spitalfields.
After some research I learnt more about the brand and the sustainability part of it I which I liked. I like to buy 1 item in the hope that it lasts me a long time and can be worn alot!
I normally buy my chinos from Uniqlo but now I have well and truly switched to yourselves.
The increase in price was a greater outlay however I currently feel it's well worth it. I only ever purchase from store, and the service is great. I actually feel that if you didn't have a store I would have never invested into the brand. I am now two pairs of chinos in, one t-shirt and shorts! I plan to purchase a few more items to complete my wardrobe and I hope these basics will last me a year or two! Mainly because I am expecting my first child so the purchase of my own clothes will be the last thing on the shopping list! A great brand.

Refreshing high quality, great fit combined with simplicity

Have bought a number of items from L’estrange so when I received an email asking to fill out a lengthy survey in return for a £30 gift voucher straight after completing the survey,i was happy to oblige
Well 2 days later still no voucher. Contacted CS who said i would receive the voucher yesterday and still nothing
Pretty dishonest way of obtaining information from their customers

I purchased a pair of trousers and a few t-shirts and they were great! Super comfortable especially the pants, which I wear easily during work each day, and look great!

Excellent. I was hesitant because of their advertising strategy. I purchased their reworked wool trousers. I’m a fan of wool but find it hard to find adaptable trousers (often they’re too light, or too heavy, or too inflexible). I used them for a hike while travelling where weather was quite hot and quite cool at various times and needed the stretch the trousers provided. I also used them for going to work. Worked well in both circumstances (though the style is better suited for office). Packs light too, which is helpful.

These products are exceptionally well made. The material used is top quality.
They are fictional, stylish, and Rick the box of both smart and casual.
The fit is better than any other brand I have known.
