Happy to recommend LetRight
Our old family home is currently let as an HMO, through LetRight. I've found LetRight to be really efficient, and particularly compare favourably with the Bay Estate agents we have dealt with in Swansea. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful which we have found essential as we live 45 miles away from the student house. I also manage a studio flat myself and my husband uses another agent so we have plenty of experience as landlords, and I would happily recommend LetRight as managing agents.

We have been clients of Let Right for many years and the service we have received has been outstanding. The property has been rented continuously and the condition maintained. Any issues are addressed immediately and results in a stress free landlord experience. I cannot recommend Let Right highly enough.

Pestered, encouraged gazumping, dumped sign
In the end this company did what it was supposed to, but not before it went beyond its remit and continually pestered us (the buyers) to see why things weren't progressing as fast as they wanted. (That is what solicitors etc. are for).
In the end, they got fed up and put the house back on the market even though we were just a week or two away from completing the sale, thus encouraging gazumping. Thank goodness the housing market here was slow.
They also couldn't be bothered to take away their "sold" sign but dumped it down a side alley. Not very responsible.
Sadly, this company let some personal relationships get in the way of a professional service. Not recommended.
