Excellent customer service, great price, fast fuss free delivery, excellent packaging. I cannot fault the product and service offered by Letang, it is first class and I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a van swing, says express delivery, this must be a joke 10 days and no sign of it. Impossible to contact the retailer, via telephone, left several emails they cant be bothered to answer. Buyer beware.

A quality product at a good price. Delivery was prompt, but I would have liked to track the delivery without having to download additional software/app.

Dropped my New VW T6.1 Off in the morning picked up that evening after Dan and his team stayed on and finished fitting electric door openers and soft closer’s.Top kit fitted by top personnel.Would definitely recommend to anyone.Kind regards Tony

Slight error in spec of product delivered, but turned out to be their supplier wrongly labelling product. Common sense prevailed and their supplier directly sent me the component required to correct the specification of the roof light to invented. Saved the hassle of returns etc.

We contacted Letang and spoke to Daniel, who from the outset was clear with our particular needs, which was to have a tow bar, a Memo Pivot Swing-out tow bar and a Thule 2 bike carrier fitted to our precious motorhome (panel van). Daniel explained the procedure and process and sent us quotes for the relevant items. No pushy sales tactics, just good communication and advice. After getting a number of quotes, we were confident that Letang offered the best solution and excellent pricing.
Yesterday we travelled down to their service centre to have the work completed. We met Daniel and his mum & sister, who were all extremely lovely people who couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic customer service. The work was carried out to a very high standard and although took longer than expected, Daniel wanted to ensure the job was completed thoroughly and safely.
We couldn’t be happier with the work completed and would like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to the task. We have no hesitation in recommending Letang , hence this 5 star review

I contacted LAE Ltd about installing a pivot arm towbar onto my new Fiat Ducato van. Dan went out of his way to answer my numerous questions and provide a quote. In the end I regretfully had to find an engineer closer to home but I would certainly recommend him as he was so ready to help
