I imagine I will love the piece of jewelry I bought, and I also want to praise LBG for rather fast shipping and good mail coverage about the progression of the packet on its way to me.

However ~ I understood from LBG’s info that the payment of VAT etc for ones purchase, if it was sent to an EU-country, would be included in the price one was paying in the shop.

But right now, my packet is being withheld by custom’s services in Denmark while they calculate what I have to pay in VAT and other expenses .. so that is really a bummer, when I expected that I had already paid all there was to pay when I bought the piece of jewelry in the webshop.

This company provided good old fashioned customer service, we had a problem with a purchase, we contacted them by phone and the problem was sorted out in a few minutes. we had to return the item which we did and it was rectified and returned to us the next day, excellent service could not be better.

The ring made my finger go green and size easnt correct so I have sent it back today by trscked 24hr signed for.

Loved my aquamarine ring from LBG Jewellers. The size I ordered was slightly too tight and they resized it for me really quickly. Brilliant company, highly recommend.

My experience with this company was really great, the ring I ordered is exquisite. It’s a gold ring with large opal. The design is just fabulous and the holographic type sparkle on the opal is just beautiful. I will definitely use this company again. No stress and fast delivery.

When ordered online on Monday 30 December it said that they would post it out on the first or second week of January. It was actually delivered on Friday 3rd January. My daughter was thrilled to get it so quickly as it was to replace a ring, ordered from Amazon that was too big. This ring was also more pleasing to the eye. Thank you.

The absolute best customer service I've received in many years !! Yes you can actually speak to these people on a device called a phone ! Pauline & Louis went above & beyond to help me out with my ring size ( they so wanted to get it right they put my order on hold & sent 1st class a free ring size kit ) despite all my messing around they still delivered a magnificent piece of jewellery on time !! My purchase was a beautiful Citrene stone ring for the special lady in my life as a christmas gift. The purchase was smooth, simple and delivered quickly. I bought a ring that was slightly too small and contacted LBG for advice. Louis who replied could not have been more helpful. The resized ring was back with in just a few days after returning it.
