Super fast response and very helpful. Loved the piece of jewellery which was a gift to my daughter.

I highly recommend this company. I had some trouble with the ‘no rush’ option and in the end just selected the free next day option. The ring is beautiful, but idiot that I am I didn’t get my ring size correct. I rang customer support who were so helpful and gave me a couple of options. I chose to return and reorder. My order went through at 13:05 but as I was on a call with them they approved it for next day. All in all, from ordering, reordering to wearing it, took three days. That’s good service. I would be very happy to order from this company again and I love that they are a family business too as I prefer independent businesses.

Very easy to use website, great range of products, speedy delivery. My only gripe was that when I tried to select the no-rush shipping for a £5 discount there was an error which stopped the process to the next stage, unless I selected another shipping method - otherwise I would have given 5 stars (I didn't pursue it, perhaps if I called them it would have been resolved so that is on me!)

I have recently purchased this beautiful ring.
I had it made in Rose Gold with Garnet and Opal stones. The ring was so lovely on the website but when it arrived and I opened the gift box I was on my own and out loud I said ‘Wow’ !! If I was on my own or anyone was here with me I still would have spoken the very same, that’s because I could not believe that this was my ring and I was lucky enough to be the proud new owner. The stones shone like stars at night, aww it is so very lovely. The fit was perfect, the gold was finished off beautifully and smooth when you run your finger around it. The Opal and Garnet goes wonderfully together. It now sits nicely next to my wedding ring and engagement ring ~ also purchased from LBG. All dripping in beautiful Rose Gold and I will say again, the stones absolutely blew me away.
You have done me really proud. As I speak I am already onto another order, I am so excited. This company brings so much happiness into my life. A wonderful company with 1st class service.

Ordering was good. Delivery was good. However I have emailed to explain that my daughters ring which is silver, is turning black and leaving a green ring on her finger. Not had an answer yet. I've been very ill so it's 3 weeks ago. I will ring now I'm better.

I have now bought two rings from this company, one through Amazon and the other direct from the Lets Buy Gold website. Both rings are 9 carat hallmarked gold. One is a ruby and the other opal. I am very happy with both rings and found their service to be excellent. Delivery is also fast. They provide information on how to care for your jewellery and there is also a very helpful section on finding your correct ring size, explaining how this can vary throughout the day and during the summer and winter. If you do choose the incorrect size they are happy to help with any adjustment. I was nervous about ordering online but there was no need to be. I do not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to making further purchases in the future.

I bought a very beautiful ring from letsbuygold.Unfortunatly due to my own mistake,it got damaged.I sent them the ring back and they repaired it in only a day!The repair is so well done you would never know the ring had been repaired!!It was also a very reasonable price,much cheaper than i thought it would be.They are also very lovely people!Thank you!
