Top Notch Customer Service Over The Internet!!
Lizzie and this company get 5 stars in customer service! I worried about buying quality rings over the Internet. I ordered the Princess Cut Emerald ring to be delivered via FedEx. It got shipped USPS by accident and the next day Lizzie made sure we were given a great complimentary discount and was very on top of email communication. I ordered the wrong size so ring was too large and not what I wanted again, Lizzie helped me get a refund and sent photos and answered all my questions on a different ring I liked. It was easy to return USPS and get what I was hoping for. I found this same rings on Etsy for a much higher price, (Someone is reselling JBG's jewelry at a markup.) So buying directly from JBG and Lizzie is really the BEST deal!

Opal the moon
I wanted an opal and garnet ring on a silver band, which is what I ordered and was over the moon with what I got back.
Firstly ordering is easy, communication good and delivery quick.
The ring being silver, initially I thought was a touch expensive, but no, its the stones make it worth every penny. The opals are beautiful and seem of good quality, the garnet is a beautiful burgundy and together on silver, looks beautiful.
I will return to LBG in future, and will recommend them.

Amazing quality jewellery with great service
I have 3 rings now from LBG with one being a custom made order. The process was so easy, and Lizzie was so helpful and friendly through the whole process.

I recently had to re-order a ring because my previous one was lost. They offered me a discount on my second ring as a kind gesture due to the grief I was going through! Even before that, they sent me some replacement pearls for the ring… One of the pearls had fallen out. Overall, they have given impeccable service.

Good communication
I was unsure about the item I chose as I thought I'd have a change from Gold so chose a silver ring. It arrived after about 3 days but although it was nice, silver wasn't for me.
Had no trouble returning the item.
Just need to go for gold next time.
