Vamos is great, I’m a fan

I've been studying at Vamos for over two years now. The classes are fun with a good mix of grammar, vocabulary and culture. The school provides books and other study materials, catch up lessons, conversational classes and other social activities.
My teacher Alejandro has been very engaging and supportive since level 1. Learning new language can be a challenge especially when you have to juggle full time job and other commitments but with Vamos I feel motivated to become a fluent speaker.

Great teachers and plenty of other activities besides lessons!

Great classes at times that are convenient for most adults with full-time jobs. The teachers are excellent; passionate and knowledgeable. Vamos Spanish classes have fun and interesting content that makes learning Spanish engaging and relatable to everyday life. The customer service team are extremely friendly, although they take a bit of time to reply, but always do eventually!
I recommend anyone who wants to casually learn Spanish during hours that suit them at very affordable costs, choose Vamos!

Courses are fun, teachers are very good, making sure everyone understands the material, making it fun and interactive even when doing online classes. They have recently launched a language exchange event for every Saturday to give us the opportunity to practice even more in speaking. Can't recommend Vamos enough!

I enjoyed the class very much. Our teacher Carla was very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. She was also very good at answering queries between classes. I felt that I learnt a lot in short period of time. It was necessary to pack in a lot of grammar and I struggled with the two textbooks, ELE and libro de actividades. In my opinion the grammar was not clearly explained in these books and I felt that I would have benefited from homework with more targeted grammar exercises. In the past I have used Libro Difusión and found it to be excellent. I liked most listening to the recordings and after answering questions about the topic. This was very helpful. The breakout rooms with other students were good however I think more diversity would have been good as I was usually paired with the same 3 or 4 students.

I liked the final test and suggest that there’s a mid-nivel one too. It helps to test one’s knowledge and identify the gaps!

In summary the class was good quality professional, fun and helped me progress my Spanish language journey. Not easy to do with an online class. Well done!

I really liked learning Spanish with Vamos. The zoom classes suit me. The lessons are well organised and there's lots of practical work, listening and talking. The summaries after each class are really useful. Carla is a great tutor.

I have been learning Spanish via Zoom with Alba for over a year now. She is very professional and a very good teacher. Highly recommended.

The school in general is very good, well organised and very quick to respond for any queries. They will also reach out to assess your existing Spanish level before recommending the suitable one.
The teacher Romina is very nice too. She’s very clear and patient with us, her teaching style is fun and interactive.
The only thing for improvement is that they lack breaks in between terms or levels, no half terms, summer breaks etc. One could feel overwhelming.

The lessons and teachers are good. However the owner, Russel, is very rude and unprofessional towards the students. Also, they claim that catch-up classes are available but when I tried to book one I was told there wasn't one available and that I would have to pay £40 for a private one hour catch up class. They should not advertise 'free' catch-up classes if they can't provide them.

I've been learning Spanish with Vamos for around 2 years and I am now at Level 7.

I have really enjoyed learning Spanish with Sonia. As well as being very knowledgeable and patient, she makes learning fun and engaging.

The Vamos team send you workbooks and there is an online platform which has lesson summaries and other helpful info.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learming Spanish!

I've loved learning with Vamos! Classes are fun, well-structured and you learn progressively. The teachers are friendly and dedicated (special thanks to Andrea and also to Enric!) I started from scratch and now enjoy reading novels and watching films in Spanish. Classes run all year round, so you can join any time. It’s a very flexible, sociable and well-run school.

I have been learning Spanish with Vamos for almost three years now. Alba A is a great teacher, her classes are fun and engaging with a good mix of grammar, conversation and listening. She has a thorough knowledge of English grammar and how it affects the way English speakers tend to understand Spanish tenses and grammatical concepts, which is really helpful when she explains them to us. The online format works just as well as in-person classes, and has been extremely helpful for me due to my busy work schedule and being based quite far away from the school. Vamos also has a great online platform with access to lesson summaries and free activities every month.

I have been studying Spanish with Vamos for last 6 years and this has been a fantastic experience. I have completed all 20 levels of grammar classes and for the last couple of years I have been attending advanced conversational classes. Vamos really provides a full range of classes from the beginner to the advanced level and teaching quality is very high. I have been very lucky to have Andrea as a teacher and I am still amazed how serious she is about preparing for each class. If you want to have a systematic approach to studying Spanish I can't think of the better way than to take classes at Vamos.

I have been learning Spanish with Vamos since level 1 and I am now on level 13. In classroom or online, this is a really enjoyable way to learn and the Vamos team are very friendly and efficient with any kind of admin requirements. Keep it up guys!!
