Please could you tell me when your website is going to be available so I can re-order as I've used your services before and was very pleased. Many thanks

I'm a first time users of letterbox…
I'm a first time users of letterbox meds site and at first I thought I lost my money and wouldn't be getting the item I ordered but after 9 days my order finally got delivered to me and letterbox meds did email me back explaining the reason why why the order was late on delivery but now I recommend letterbox meds for anyone in need of them. Thanks again
pleased to say my order arrived today…
pleased to say my order arrived today 2/5/20 i know letterbox meds had some mixed reviews but under the circumstances
royal mail and covid plus sorting office being closed which they were not aware of i waited until now to post a review
i would definitely use letterbox meds again i fractured my shoulder so was in severe pain i could not get an app at my gp
due to covid so at least now i can ease the pain thanks to letterbox meds i received an email about my order plus spoke to
staff twice who were very helpful
right,i have removed my previous review…
right,i have removed my previous review to rewrite properly as i had stated, which i firmly believed at the time it was a scam.
i can happily confirm to others that it is not a scam and i have this morning (29/04/2020) received my order!
now,it was not letterbox meds fault, and as i had stated before.
i am a first time user of such a service and had never heard of it previously,so thought the simplicity and ease once i had placed my order was too good to be true.
in fairness, yesterday a very nice lady did call me back several times after finding out the problem but my work over ran and i could not answer so she left me a voicemail and a message on here to update me why it was late.
my only thoughts now would be,please please guys get a dedicated social media and email/calls worker.
also think about using 24 tracked or guaranteed delivery,i know its more expensive but it gives a bit more customer peace of mind.
for people like me that type of assurance is make or break and being new to this online thing it makes life a lot easier as i do not want to leave the house any more than i have to as i look after elderly parents and grandparents and also work in a hospital.
all said and done, this is not a scam guys, hang on it will be with you soon!

New Sawley Post Office
I am Paul, I run the local Post Office that Letterbox Meds use. They support their local community by helping keep the local post Office open by posting here. However these are very strange times we are living in and postal demand is at unheard of levels as the Government has asked that on-line retailing be kept open. When any customer uses a Post Office for services like 1st class signed for, the items have a label created at the time shown on your receipt. My Post Office has at least 3 collections during a week day and the last being at 5.10pm so any item posted before then will leave the same working day. If any item is posted after the last collection it will leave with the 1st collection the following day.The delivery aim for 1st class signed for is 1-2 working days however with the pandemic there has clearly been issues. Letterbox Meds have brought the medicines in for dispatch and they have all left the Post Office with the next collection. it is unfortunate that deliveries have been delayed but this is no fault of Letterbox Meds who have gone out of their way to dispatch as soon as possible. Paul
Recieved late. But I have it
Rewritten this review because my medication has now turned up, and been recieved complete with invoice.
This company aren't a scam as first thought, and the parcel had been held up as replied to (see below).
A recorded properly tracked service should be used, in future. And maybe some response to emails would be beneficial if you want customers to return. Ignoring people wont make them go away. And the country is facing tough times, people are going to be on edge and worried.
My experience isnt a great one, but I did receive my order, and I feel its only fair I update others to reflect this. Thanks.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
I appear to be having the same problem as many others. Order placed on 19th April. I received confirmation that it had been dispatched. On checking the Royal Mail tracking number, it said the parcel was in a post office in Sawley, England. It appears that everyone’s order is in the same post office which is very suspicious? I have read some of the responses on trustpilot from letterbox meds and they use the excuse that it’s out of their hands because it’s been sent to the post office in Sawley. I wonder if we all have the same tracking number too? If it’s a problem with the post office then fix it. We are paying customers and shouldn’t have the frustration of chasing up a non existing order. Has any customers contacted the post office in Sawley? I’m in Scotland and there’s no other details of how to trace the package. I’ve emailed letterbox meds 3 times with no reply. I have telephoned and it’s constantly engaged. It’s disgraceful that a company can treat people like this. What about the elderly who may have used the website for convenience? People require medication for a reason and should not be treated like this. I don’t know about anyone else, but the pharmacy where I collect medication for my mother law, has up to 40 minute queues. This is obviously due to our current situation. Is it not helping pharmacies and reducing pressure on them if people who are happy enough to order and pay for their medication? I paid £50 and in Scotland you get free prescriptions. They are very quick to take your money, but cut all correspondence when you enquire about your order. The only reason I used an online pharmacy is because I am a nurse. In no way am I using being a nurse as an excuse or for pity. I am working 14 hour shifts and suffer back and hip problems. This has increased due to workload. I’m otherwise physically fit and I need to be well in order to help those who are ill during the COVID-19 outbreak. I was happy to pay for the convenience of a home delivery, but I will not do this again. A total disgrace! Give me my money back! Customers have rights and these rights should be enforced. If you are unable to provide the service that you advertise, have the decency to contact the paying customers. Times are difficult enough at the moment without companies scamming customers. Just thieves protect by the internet.

10 days from ordering and still no parcel
Ordered on the 18th and my parcel was dispatched on the 21st. After having read other reviews on another website ive seen that numerous other peoples parcels that were sent on this day from the new sawley post office have mysteriously gone missing. Ive had no reply from letterbox meds, clearly just cant be bothered! Cant say im sad theyve been sanctioned considering the lack of customer care theyve provided. A new pharmacy opening up at a time like this sounds like a god send until you realise theyre just money grabbers trying to profit off the pandemic, do not buy from this site!!!

No communication. No product
I made an order on 7 April, the money was taken that day. I have sent a number of email with no reply. Trying to contact them but line is always busy. Have asked for refund. Still no reply. I fear now I have lost my £55. Very upset and disappointed. Especially with this covid19 and not having much money. Don’t use them find another source.

They were amazing
They have been brilliant, up until clearly getting a visit from the pharmacy regulator. They are not scammers they were a great service for many who had been affected by loss of uk meds etc. Clearly been shutdown on the medication that many rely on. Really sad as they had been an excellent service.

Took my order then days later say they can’t even supply the medication now (new rules)

Surprised at poor service considering older positive reviews
Whilst 'reasonable' delays are to be expected due to the current climate, it does not seem acceptable that an order is still sat processing after being placed on the morning of the 22nd. Other than a generic email that did not answer my query, my email to customer services has also been dismissed. Online pharmacies generally exist for speed and efficiency and are ideal for those wanting to avoid GP waits. Particularly in the current climate where leaving the house is something to be avoided and which is why i opted to use a service such as this one. In the time that it has taken from placing the order i could have just done this through my GP so defeats the objective. Ignoring customer enquiries is also not the best way to go about maintaining a good customer base. Royal mail deliveries to our area have thankfully not been affected by the crisis. All royal mail parcels recieved promptly so it will be interesting to see what (if anything) happens.

used them a month ago and the service was good but very dissapointed now
used them a month ago and the service was good however i placed another order 3 days ago and nothing, it says its been approved and then nothing, no email , no tracking no, the site was down for 24 hours then up and down again, ive just checked and it says the meds i need are out of stock, which makes me suspcious and concerned, i would stay away from this site until we know more, i cant see me getting my money back, ok i can deal with that, thats the risks of using an online pharmacy, ive seen it happen before, ive got a months supply from another source thank god and i will make them last but i feel sorry for those poor people left in pain and with no meds...........................an email would have been nice to let me know whats happeing
Seems you don't get what you pay for.....
My order arrived but one of the items wasn't in the box
I have contacted them twice but no reply, the customer service has been dreadful in my experience, starting with my order taking several days to even process and get sent out to me, with no explanation, despite me contacting them several times. They only got back to me after I left a bad review on here.
Now I suppose I will not see my medication, nor the 17 quid it cost me.
Bit of a shambles really, considering other very busy companies I've been using during Covid haven't been so inept.
Be careful, you might not get what you paid for......
Ordered 3 days ago
Ordered 3 days ago. No update still “processing” in my account. Very poor service & no reply via customer service.
UPDATE....i see they have been sanctioned
DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!!!! Scam!!!!
Hope it’s not a scam
Very quick to take money but I still haven’t received my order 7 days later. Website says ‘processing’. They sent a generic email reply to my request for information.

Ordered on the 19th April
Ordered on the 19th April, had to do ID check and was approved. Moneys gone and was approved by 2pm 21st and still nothing. Just says approved?
Emailed a few times now and heard nothing back.
Spoke to a friend that used the site and was posted a day after approved so came 3 days after order. (Was also lockdown when they ordered). So slightly concerned.

Approved within 24 hours. Arrived after one week.
Easy order process. Used service due to shift patterns and difficulty getting appointments etc during Covid Pandemic. Ordered on 20th early morning. Approved before 2pm the following day. Still showing as approved on website. Not sure if it is meant to update to dispatched? Still nothing arrived in the post. Post has been delivered today. No way of checking status on website.
Will update if anything changes.
*Update*
Status updated to posted with Post Office tracking number. Prescription delivered within Post office first class small parcel delivery time scale of 1-3 days from the updated status. Overall, arrived in 7 days.

Straight forward process but worried about order being left on “processing”
First time using this website and I’m a bit worried as my order has been left on “processing” for well over a day now, when reviews below said they were approved within a few hours. Hopefully everything is legitimate and I will then update my review to reflect this. The ordering/consultation process was straight-forward and easy though.
It was my first time using letterbox…
It was my first time using letterbox meds, and I am 100% satisfied. I received my meds only three working days after purchase. Considering the current situation, this was incredibly fast. Thank you so much.
Of course, royal mail also played an essential role as it took them only one day to make this delivery.
I used again for a second time
I used again for a second time, due to moving area, having a repeat prescription and Covid. AMAZING service. The team at letterbox meds are super friendly, informative, helpful and reliable. This is my second review for them as I’m so impressed. They keep you updated every step of the way and provide you with a postage tracking number. I received mine the next day as my order was approved before 2pm! I’m so thankful
to of found this service!
