A Stellar Pharmacy

I have ordered, to date, twice from Letterbox Meds and on bother occasions have found their service to be 1st rate with next day delivery.
The whole process from easy to navigate website, professional medical assessment via detailed questionnaire, while being kept informed through each stage of the orders progress through the system, makes this pharmacy a model of professionalism, efficiency and most importantly trustworthiness.

Unfortunately due to the current pandemic crisis Royal Mail services are running delayed deliveries and although Letterbox Meds do post their orders for next day delivery please have patience with Royal Mail, your order will arrive albeit delayed.

Finally I should like to extend my gratitude and thanks to customer services for their speedy and courteous replies to my questions about Royal Mail delayed deliveries, they are the public face of the company and, as such, are a credit to the company.
A highly recommended health care company deserving 5* plus rating.

5+ STAR SERVICE

The Guys at Letterbox Meds offer such a friendly prompt & efficient service .
With the current situation as it is ... They are extra busy & are working long hard hours fulfilling their customers needs ... And even with things the way they are ATM ... They still take time out to help Me with any queries I’ve had & are more than happy to do so .
Edward and His team are a pleasure to deal with & offer a service that I would thoroughly recommend.
Thanks Letterbox Meds !!

Left me in Limbo for 5 days

I put in a second order for pain medication on Thursday which even though I used the medication as prescribed was queried so I spoke to a customer service agent on the phone who approved the order and said it would be sent out that day (Friday) as it was before the 2pm deadline.

I received an email the next day apologising for the mixup and was reassured that the order would be sent out that day (Saturday). By Monday I had received nothing so spoke to the same customer agent again on Monday just before 12 and was rudely told “we’ve just been talking about you” but offered no further information regarding why my order was delayed. I asked if it would be sent out that day but was told he couldn’t guarantee it but would get back to me before 5pm that day.

I heard nothing again until 12:25 on Tuesday via email just saying that my order had been cancelled and a refund issued with a brief explanation that I needed a GP review. So it took them 5 days and 2 broken promises of delivery to consult their doctor. Absolutely terrible communication, no apology for wasted time or leaving me hanging without medication for 5 days. Even had the cheek to tell me that patient safety was paramount - they are simply either understaffed or don’t care about providing a fast service to vulnerable people during this difficult time when getting a GP appointment for sciatica is nigh on impossible.

I still haven’t got any whiff of an apology or an acknowledgement that they should have told me straight away if they were unable to help me instead they have lied to me multiple times and kept me in the dark. I will be writing to them and making a formal complaint although it’s probably a waste of time, I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment as I’m prone on the floor trying to deal with back pain. My advice is if you want transparency, fast delivery and reliability during a difficult time and need medication look elsewhere.
