Terrible customer service. Impossible to contact by phone. you call their customer "service" number, are told you are next in line, wait 5 minutes on hold listening to crappy music, only to be told to leave a message. Fedex lost an my order and Lettering on the Cheap has been super slow to respond. Will never use them again.

We had bit of trouble with the application because the letters weren't adhering but managed to get through it.. it was a large order, so had time to get used to work with what we had even though we've installed vinyl before. On the very last install, the vinyl fell while trying to heat it up and was ruined. Knowing that they had the "Goof-Proof" policy, I contacted customer service. Their shipping is 4-7 business day and being it fell on Memorial Day weekend, I knew it would take a bit longer. I was asked for the 1-2 day shipping and was charged $35 for in order to complete this before our deadline. Wondering why it's now been 4 business days besides the prep time, I called their "Customer Service" to be told that it wouldn't get here until the following Monday. Turns out he shipment still went Ground instead of 1-2 days like I was charged for is beyond me and was told to contact FedEx to see if they could do anything or to pick it up somewhere else and if I wanted it by the deadline, they would have to charge me another $35 to get it to me. I paid extra and still didn't get what I paid for. Then the rep said if I wanted to do it that way, she'd have to put a rush order but they would get frustrated that they would have to do it again, that their losing money by sending it out again, and that I'm still saving money even if I had to pay for it again.

I don't care about the cost, but I do care about what I paid for. If there was a remake fee and paying shipping, that's not a problem. But if I'm paying and expecting for something to get here in time and it doesn't, there's an issue. And I had to deal with poor customer service on top of it?

I work in customer service so I completely understand mishaps occur, however the expectation of customer service is to actually make an attempt to fix error. This was the first and last time we use this place.

I have no problem with the quality it was very good. Delivery was also good. I needed the letters and decals or I would have probably shopped a little better. To pay nearly $150 for 12 letters, 4 numbers and 1 small decal that took up only 4" x 1.5" No letter or number was over 3 inches high.

Overall very, very expensive but also very nice.

I've had great experiences until my last order. LetteringOnTheCheap admitted they messed up on my order...twice. This delayed my order by two weeks. When I asked them if they could ship my corrected job faster I was told that they can't because my job was only a $30 order and it would cost them $20 to 2nd-day ship it. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my future orders elsewhere, where they value customer loyalty. They lost my business over $20. Sad, just sad.

Great experience! I have never purchased custom vinyl before and I happened to stumble across their page via Google.
I ordered 2 vinyl images for my food truck. The company helped set up the design and they were shipped quickly. I installed 1 logo in under 10 minutes by myself. Super simple!
Will order from again!

Completed the job on time and accurately. The lettering looked great on our display.

They were great to work with. I had a few revisions on my design before it went to print and they were very accommodating. The end result came out really nice.

Excellent communication and very prompt delivery! Great product and looks exactly as we thought on the glass door.

Customer service was spot on, proactive and really supportive.
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I did have some trouble installing my vinyl door lettering, which seemed to be stemming from the lettering itself. I order white outside vinyl letters for 6 business on one front door, so lots of info all on one sheet. I did cut the info into blocks once I had the whole sheet lined up and taped to the door for ease of handling. The problem was that the letters either weren't adhering to the clear film or once I got them onto the clear film some wouldn't adhere to the clean window even though I followed directions to the letter. I'm not sure what was up and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get door done, but now it's up (as of today) and I'll check it tomorrow to be sure the letters stayed put. Now the last two sections went on very well and with out a hiccup so I'm not sure what was going on for the other 4. Over all though, that aside, the company's turnaround and support are stellar!

The web site is easy to use and has lots of options for graphics and fonts. I love the look of my lettering. Delivery was fast! Clear application instructions.

Fantastic quality at a reasonable price. I have ordered from this company many times. I have always had fantastic service and quality, with quick production time.

Really looks nice and was easy to put up. Look up directions online on how to apply them. The directions that come with it leave out a very important part.
Mine was almost ten feet long and looks very professional!

The letters are easy to apply, only took minutes and they look great!
