For fountain pen writers like me

For fountain pen writers like me, Leuchtturm notebooks are the best with no ink bleeding through the pages. I love the full range of colours available through Leuchtturm Australia because I have a colour coded set of notebooks for my work. All the choice for the complete range of Leuchtturm products including colour coordinated pens and pencils, and prompt service. What more could you want?

I ordered a daily planner

I ordered a daily planner, but never received shipping info. I asked for a status update a week later and I was told it was lost in transit and I would be sent another one. No apology, no acceptance of fault. I normally wouldn't review this experience but you've emailed me directly and asked for a review.
