Levi's quality isn't what it used to be

I recently purchased Levi's 505 Regular jeans from a Mark's clothing store, and in less than a month the bottom of the pant leg hem is fraying. Levi's used to be a dependable brand - and still charges like it is - but quality seems to have fallen off quite a bit, and it reflects poorly on retailers who sell them. Levi's has decided not to address this issue via their product warranty. I'll avoid this brand going forward.

Levis 537 is an abomination to jeans

Levis 537 is an abomination to jeans. Why would I say this about a boot-cut jean? Well for one they reduced the tab to fit on the waistband. Why? The 517 which is also bootcut is the normal size. I am also concerned that now they are putting elastic or making the jeans stretchable. This is blasphemy. Boot cut jeans are worn by working cowboys and folks associated with the reason for the jeans. I don't like these little changes, and I now will have to patronize other brands and steer away from a former cornerstone of the industry.

Oversold under performed.

Have ordered a number of pants form Levi's for years a a loyal customer. Red card membership and I orders 4 pairs of sale pants. All in stock. Received one pair. Other three pairs did not revieve and was sent an email saying "if" you haven't receivred other three do you want a refund or reshipped? Really? Spend more time talking to some guy speaking English based a 2nd language through a paper cup likely off shore barely hearing to be told I can send 2 of the 3 or refund. I asked to get the 2 and wait on the last pair until in stock OR offer me an alternative sale price purchase of similar pants OR give me a supervisor to resolve. Nope. Can't do that. TAKE IT ALL BACK AND LOSE MY BUSINESS. Simple . Levi's will NEVER SEE A PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN.

Levi’s customer service is awful

Levi’s customer service is shockingly inflexible.

I contacted Levi’s to return unworn items purchased as holiday gifts after realizing they did not fit. Although their website advertised an extended holiday return window, my order fell just outside the official cutoff by one day. I even initiated a return within the window but didn’t complete it during the holidays.

Despite multiple polite attempts and an escalation to their leadership team, Levi’s refused to make any exception or offer store credit. The final response stated their decision was “final” and warned that further inquiries could result in account restrictions.

This experience showed zero appreciation for long-time customers and no willingness to apply common-sense discretion. I will not shop with Levi’s again.

Appalling customer service

I have never left a review in my life but I had to. The customer service is beyond horrendous. I bought a jacket at the beginning of December for half price as a gift. The item came defected and so obviously I had to exchange as it was damaged, which I was told by Levi to note as an exchange.
I was never once told by any team member that if I exchanged the faulty item that I would not be able to do a further exchange beyond that. The jacket was too small for the person I gifted it to so I went to exchange for a larger size to be then told they won't accept a second exchange and not only that but I need to pay full price.
Repeatedly told it's the policy with no exception- however, this is all down to receiving a faulty item their end to not honour an exchange at the same price.
Disgusting customer service and they don't want to help customers.

First time Levi’s online customer

First time Levi’s online customer, joined Red Tab, benefits included discounts, free delivery. Checked Trustpilot and panicked at all the negative reviews having already placed 2 separate orders on 9th & 10th Jan. I am posting this review to reassure others - my orders were not cancelled, both shipped and delivered today 12 Jan 2026 - could not be happier at quality, fit and price paid. I do sympathise with anyone who had a bad experience with their orders but I can only report I had a very positive experience. Download the Levi’s App, join Red Tab and place your orders 🥰🥰

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Spent a lot on a pair of black ‘Levi’ skinny jeans, a month after purchase contacted customer support due to the fading and white coming through, white on a black Jean? Making them unwearable, after wear not washing to be told this is normal. I’ve bought Levi for years will never use Levi Australia again, disgraceful.

Loved Levi’s for years but the last 5…

Loved Levi’s for years but the last 5 years when I have bought the jeans they have barely lasted a year before I get a hole! Recently went to buy a new pair and they were £100 with a 20% members discount (£80). I waited a couple of weeks and at payday they were in the sale - 30% off. I went to buy that at £70 and they were £110 full price. How disgusting, increasing the unit price to pretend they are on sale. I am what was a regular customer and will never buy again

6 Weeks, No Refund, No Proof Completely Ignored

I placed an online order at the end of November. One item was cancelled by the company before shipment, yet the refund has still not been made after more than 6 weeks.

I contacted customer support multiple times. I was repeatedly told the same excuse:
“It’s a pre-authorisation, contact your bank.”

I did. My bank confirmed:

-The full amount was charged
-No refund exists
-No pending or reversed transaction exists

At this point, one of the customer service agents explicitly said they would investigate the issue and get back to me by email.
That never happened.
No email. No update. No follow-up. I was simply ignored.

Instead of resolving the problem, Levi’s customer support:

-Repeated scripted responses
-Shifted responsibility to the bank
-Failed to investigate their own payment process

This is unacceptable behaviour from a global brand.
Not only is the refund missing, but the lack of accountability and communication is shocking.

I expect:

-Immediate acknowledgement of the issue
-The missing refund to be processed without further delay

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Zero if I could

Zero if I could . I ordered the same as I bought before . They feel baggy and so thin they look like they will rip at any minute. I have bought Levi’s all my life but this is the last time . I think Primark has better quality at a 10th of the price £100 was money wasted.

I bought the exact same pair of jeans…

I bought the exact same pair of jeans online that I wear day to day and they fit perfectly and feel great. They come in the mail and do not fit... What the hell? It's the exact same pair that I wear but they just feel extremely uncomfortable and tight.

I go by the store. They say since you took the tags off we cannot take it back. Same thing for the online store they will not accept returns if you remove the tags.

So now I'm stuck with jeans that do not fit and are obviously not exactly what I ordered all because I took the tags off. Thanks Levi's!

Don't buy Levi's

I had a very disappointing experience with Levi’s. My order arrived almost 3 weeks late instead of the promised 5 days. The cotton quality is extremely poor, especially considering that prices have increased significantly.

Customer service is practically non-existent — no help, no accountability, and no effort to resolve issues. It feels like they simply don’t care once they have your money.

I will not be purchasing from Levi’s again. I’ve switched to Wrangler and Lee, which offer better quality and value. Avoid Levi’s if you care about quality and service.

Levi's India Online

Levi's India Online

1. I returned one item to exchange for a larger size. Did not receive the replacement item.

2. I ordered and paid for another item. Did not receive.

When I call their number for online orders, calls got cut off after the first ring. This morning, I tried to scroll down their website to get their number but the screen scrolled up immediately.

If there is an option for zero star, it would have been my choice. Dishonest !!!

There are no standards at Levi

There are no standards at Levi. You can order 4 of the same jeans in the same size and each will fit differently, guaranteed. Quality is sub par, customer service is trash.

Ordered on the App and received a voucher for £5 discount. Bought the skirt with also 50% off plus free postage. Bargain….and it arrived next day. Will continue to buy from Levis.

THE WORST customer server ever!!!

THE WORST customer service ever!!!!
I do not recommend buying from this brand because if God forbid anything is wrong with your order they will never help you! I placed an order and paid for expedite shipping as I’d have to go out of town. 7 days later there’s still no estimated delivery date provided. Customer service said they can’t help and refused to cancel my order because their policy is customers have to wait 7 days from the last carrier update even tho carrier shows package hasn’t moved for the past 4 days, with no estimated delivery date provided. Both times I called, customer service arrogantly kept saying “oh well, nothing I can do to help you that’s our policy and you need to wait”!

Levi’s used to be my go-to brand

Levi’s used to be my go-to brand! But now I’m finding the quality has dropped so badly! The Denim is thin, and cheap feeling and the patch on the waistband is now paper, when it used to be leather or suede… I can buy cheap jeans at the department store by my house, but I always went to Levi’s for quality, but they’ve really fallen off. Super disappointed in this cheapening of a formerly great brand.

Hello Levi’s team

Hello Levi’s team, I lost my receipt with the survey on the bottom but I recently visited the Levi’s Bridgend store because I needed a new pair of jeans and was unsure what I wanted. I’m autistic and neurodivergent so it’s hard for me to leave the house and go shopping for things I need but jeans is something that I can’t just order and expect the best. I was helped by who I believe was called Evan and I’ve never received such amazing and respectful customer service in my whole life! I was able to leave with new jeans that fit perfectly and look amazing thanks to his help, truly an amazing team player!
