Purchased a pair of 565 Levi’s for my…

Purchased a pair of 565 Levi’s for my son in Sept 25. They now have a rip and hole in the groin around the stitching - I have worn Levi’s all my life and this has never happened. Contacted customer support via email and WhatsApp as Levi’s say on their site - nothing, no response whatsoever! Suffice to say Levi’s are now a poor brand with poor quality gear and no customer service whatsoever. Avoid and boycott because you will experience the same issues if you buy - they are also way overpriced for the quality. Look at all the negative reviews they are now getting as a brand.

Presented a product ,I purchased the product online ,funds withdrawn from my account,within the same minute my order was confirmed,it was canceled,and a possible return of funds in 5-10 days.If they cant fulfill an order ,maybe headline it as "out of stock, or no longer available , instead of processing it.Customer service agents are USELESS, would not transfer me without me explaining why I needed a supervisor, hung up on me twice, you have no corporate contact number, and the one listed is a Verizon wireless number that is out of service ,as though they haven't paid the bill, I cant understand that

Placed order on 12-1-25 was told in…

Placed order on 12-1-25 was told in stock. On the 3rd was told delayed do to inventory. Told on the 12-6 was waiting for pickup. The 7th told it was shipped, exspect delivery on the 9th.
Today the 10th cannot get answer where package is. Canceled order got my funds returned.
Another AMERICAN company that has gone down the drain. It is not the company it was. May it go bankrupt.
Word of advice, stay away from this outfit. The reveiws are not wrong.

Horrible company and customer service

Horrible company and customer service. As a lifelong Levis jeans wearer, I am done. Will never wear or shop at Levi’s again due to their atrocious customer service. They will send you the wrong items, refuse to issue refunds for the wrong items, and expect you to drive them back to the store to obtain the refund.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

Still missing a pair pf pants from a prior order. I have called customer service 4 times. Every time I reach the Philippines and each time the agent has refused multiple requests to speak with a supervisor. After being told that FedEx assigned an incorrect tracking number, they now claim the package was delivered. Since I didn't receive the package they now want me to wait another 72hrs before I can file a missing package claim and be credited for this part of the order. Never, never order from Levis.com!

Think twice before ordering from Levi’s

My order was scheduled to be delivered today and the tracking information states: “business was closed.” First of all this is not a business. I live in a building with apartments where packages are delivered every day, no issues. We do not have a from desk but I get all my things delivered always. When I called Levi’s, I spoke with Andres at the customer service department and while he was not rude, he really didn’t care to help. Offered the options: get a refund or wait to see the next attempts and hope to be lucky to have the item delivered. I asked if they could resend to a store for me to pick it up and he said no. He recommended I order from the store, when the first thing I told him is that item was not available for pick up to begin with. He said I can change the delivery address but I have no way of doing that. All options were me doing something, Levi’s doing nothing for the customer. For such a big brand it’s deceiving that their employees who are supposed to be there for the customer care 0 about helping.

Levis now cheep with terrible fit.

What happen to the quality of the product and fit. I would gladly pay more to get the historical quality and fit. I would start by firing the top leadership. You get what you tolerate. Advertising gone off the rails as well, no way represents target customers....

Like everyone else here, don't buy!!!

Like everyone else here, I too got ripped off. Ordered a shirt, never received it, no tracking available because they use some half baked "OnTrac" company to ship that does track their stuff.
Good luck trying to get a refund. Their site doesn't have a contact address. I was fooled.

Ordered a pair of Jeans

Ordered a pair of Jeans , over a week later they sent me a cheap belt. When I asked if they could send me my original order they said I would have to send them back the belt first. Another 2 weeks later I got a refund .. no explanation .. should have looked at the other poor reviews first.. my mistake, never again!

Never got my order

Ordered 110 euro item, expected delivery was two days ago and UPS tracking said there was an issue with the address provided (My address is correct and I provided eircode, theres no option on UPS to update address or add directions without contacting customer service who dont answer the phone and theres no other way of speaking to a human) so contacted levis through whatsapp after failed attempts at emailing them. Customer service couldnt care less, said my package was sent back to the warehouse. The delivery company UPS could have atleast tried to call me if they couldnt find my address, my phone number was provided, they never even updated the tracking to say the package was returned. I will never order from any company that uses UPS as theyre totally incompetent and the customer care team at levis are useless.

Lousy service

Was told product wold arrive in 6 days (very slow). They didn't even get it in the mail in 6 days. Now being told I might see it in 2 weeks. What a joke. Customer service could not care less.

Terrible online experience

Spent £300 with them and they did not want to help resolve my issue regarding re ordering due to order being lost. I've worked for many ecommerce sites myself so know there are resolutions to this kind of issue. But fine if they want to lose out on £300

I ordered a pair of jeans and returned them because the pair was too small. The sent me a gift card and refuse to return my money. Do not order from them. They claim I chose a gift card instead of my money back. I chose my money back. They are telling me I have to use the gift card.

Poor customer service and slow delivery

Poor customer service and up to 2 weeks delivery time. I ordered some items and they arrived damaged. It's shipped from Germany to Ireland via France. Waiting 2 weeks for a damaged item and then returning it. By the time you get your money back, it's a full month. I don't recommend ordering online for levis.com.
