After wearing LEVIS for close to 60…

After wearing LEVIS for close to 60 years.I refuse to spend another dollar on them. LEVIS has a great 2 year return policy. spend $70. a pair that last on an average 8 months before holes start appearing. Take and submit pictures and they send you a new pair for free.This goes on and on. They make the jeans in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka using the cheapest material. My last pair lasted 4 months before a hole in the crothch showed up. I sent the pictures in and I was rejected . A woman named Lurcretia said it was normal wear and tear. I responded: Normal wear and tear my ASS. I am glad you think my Penis is that big to make a hole in a pair of LEVI'S that are only 4 months old. I am 65 years old and only wear Levi's and have been wearing LEVI'S longer than you are on this earth. They used to last for years. Now they only last six to eight months. Except this pair which didn't last four months Because they are made in foregin countries using CHEAPER materials, The pants in question were made in JAKARTA, INDONESIA, i will not spend another penny on LEVI'S jeans. I will switch to LEE jeans or another brand for however long I have left on this earth.

Wrong item 5 times

Sent me the wrong item 5 times in a row, had to repeatedly return and re-order the item to finally get the correct item. During one of my returns they mistakenly refunded me with store credit instead of refunding my original payment method (card) and it took weeks and multiple complaints to correct this error. Customer service were completely useless, could not understand the problem with the repeatedly incorrect item, and did nothing to help despite our weeks long correspondence. It has taken months just to get a pair of medium quality jeans. I'd rather never wear jeans for the rest of my life than have to deal with Levis again.

Basically no custom service without your phone being charged, deliver to the wrong address and then I have to sort it nloyt

Lack of Stock and Size 30/34 Removal

I have always purchased jeans size 30/34.

Recently I wanted to buy grey and black jeans as for years I could not find any.

Now they have them but don’t have 30/34 pairing any more.

Of 3 styles the only one that was viable with a belt was the athletic jeans and they were more black than grey sadly.

32/34 Athletic leg size perfect but not the waist.

I also looked on the App as I wanted other items and like the two mega stores I visited they did not have my size.

If I had skinny legs like twigs and no muscles or was just plain fat I would be well catered for but being sporty seems to be a sin. No body shaming just ignored.

Everything baggy is the new style but I am not buying into that one size fits more people option as it looks ridiculous.

Levi’s please try harder to cater for fit defined physiques.

If I could leave a review with no stars I would. I am contacting my bank today about this company. Do not order. They do not ship next day. 2 weeks ago I ordered a Christmas tree and star and nothing has been sent their customer service is atrocious

The gold standard when it comes to jeans

I was shocked when I saw the bad reviews. My Levi's are excellent quality, amazing fit and they last for years. There are no buttons popping off, seams coming undone, nothing to suggest poor quality. Make sure you get the right fit and length and they will last you for years. Love this brand!

I am a big Levi’s fan and went to Kohl’s to get a couple of pair. I went to check out, it was Veterans Day and they offered 30% off to veterans, like myself, but Levi’s doesn’t let Kohl’s discount their jeans. I’m not mad at Kohl’s but this may be the last time I’m going buy Levi’s since they don’t let you discount their jeans to a veteran then I’m done.

Recently bought 2 pairs of levi 725…

Recently bought 2 pairs of levi 725 bootleg jeans and both pairs had crooked inseam .sent back and got 2 more pairs sent with same problem. Reached out to levis and they are not intrested. Quality control is non existent. So sad for such an iconic brand. Dont buy levi jeans online

Quality

When people ask me how I can describe Levi's clothes with 1 word, I just answer “quality”. It doesn’t cost a fortune like gucci, dior and other overpriced clothing, here everyone can afford good clothes with affordable prices. Got hoodie, t-shirts, jackets and some pants.

Highly frustrated

Highly frustrated. I am not happy about the quality of the tailoring. When ordering a 30 length pair of jeans, I expect them to be a 30 length. On several occasions Levi’s has failed to deliver on this and I have had to order several pairs of jeans in order to get my size as close to expected, yet still not 100%. On this occasion, I am especially disappointed as I have an event coming up and wanted to wear the jeans I ordered, only to be left disappointed with the same recurring issue. Your customers spend a good amount of money on your products, the least you could do is deliver on items appropriately. I have spent £300 in my latest order and am extremely upset that I have had to order and spend a further £200 to order the SAME lengths, I am playing a guessing game at this point.

I do not need a consultation to buy a pair of jeans!

I mainly buy my clothes online but when it comes to jeans, it is essential that I try them on first as sizing can be a bit odd.

2017: I walk into a Levi's store, pick out a few different sizes, try on multiple pairs, find the size that suits, pay and leave. A simple process.

2025: I walk into a Levi's store, immediately greeted at the door and offered assistance, I declined and started looking for skinny black jeans, before I could even touch a pair of jeans I was again approached by a different lady who offered assistance. I said I was looking to try on a few sizes to see what suits as I was certain my size had changed since 2017. The lady proceeded to pick our sizes for me as if they didn't want me touching the merchandise on the shelves. When trying on the jeans I was frequently called out to by the lady to check if everything was OK and if I needed more sizes, and by frequent I mean at a ridiculous level - leave me ALONE please.

After each time I exited the dressing room to get more sizes it was like the lady was reading from a pre-defined script, honestly in attempts to treat this like a consultation it felt very impersonal.

I do not want to identify the store as this is clearly a corporate issue and staff are only following orders. But honestly as a neurodivergent person I felt badgered by the staff, I was more than happy and comfortable to do this all on my own.

TL;DR: Please leave people alone when shopping, they will ask for help when they need it, buying a pair of jeans doesn't need to be such a rigmarole.

Customer service is laughable

Literally wow. Customer service for Levi’s is laughable. I asked a simple question about a return that had not been in the “return window” and got two different people days later giving me a response that outlined nothing and another response that still didn’t answer my question. Is it that hard to answer a question about a return?? I won’t be shopping with the company any longer. Not only because of the customer service but the products they sell which are poor quality and expensive. Ridiculous.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Limited edition drops are supposed to be for fans, not resellers. Wish Levi’s would care about the people who actually support the brand. Was looking forward to the princess mononoke drop (I really wanted the sweatshirt), but seems like the system only rewards bots and resellers. Kinda sad. Levi’s making ‘limited edition’ drops and then letting resellers jack prices… not the experience I expected as a fan. I've sent emails and they offered a coupon. Because I wanted a coupon instead of the sweatshirt I was willing to pay full price for. Terrible company

I have been trying to get my refund for…

I have been trying to get my refund for returned items for a month. Each time I call they tell me they’ve sorted the issue and it’s fine and I’ll see the refund in a day or two. I’ve called about 5 times now. Every time I return something with this company it’s a huge headache

I deeply regret buying most of my…

I deeply regret buying most of my clothes from Levi's last December. I bought 5 pairs of chinos and 2 shirts, 2 t shirts and 1 long sleeve t shirt.

I wore each pair of chinos once a week since December. 3/5 chinos have holes in the groin area and the other two pairs are well on their way out. The colour has also faded a lot.

The shirts have been okay but I haven't wore them as much as the chinos. All in all I wouldn't shop at Levi's again.

The only positive is their delivery service and returns are quick, on time and free.

The styles of the clothes are nice but don't expect them to last longer than a year.

I have returned 3 parcels and they are…

I have returned 3 parcels and they are saying I cannot get a refund as warehouse have lost them
I have sent all the declaration forms again in the parcels and via email - you get automated responses and when you try and chat it doesn’t lead you to an agent
I have been a loyal customer as love the products but the after care and customer services are non existent
