I love them and wear them regularly
I have been pleased with how easy it has been to fit the hearing aides correctly and to get them connected to my other devices. The support team is excellent and helped me patiently several times with small issues. I love them and have worn them regularly.

These are excellent hearing aids at an affordable price. The customer support is also very good.
I purchased these after a hearing test…
I purchased these after a hearing test determined I did not have hearing loss but was having an issue processing the sounds (cochlear hairs?!?). I purchased these after some extensive research and WOW! The adjustment period has not been as hard as I thought it would be. The support the team has been providing is invaluable. They consistently check in to see how I am doing and if I need help with anything. The app has provided me all of the support I could ask for! It allowed me to test to find the perfect settings and to change them depending on location.
My experience with the Lexie B2 plus…
My experience with the Lexie B2 plus has been positive after one year's use. I’m very happy with it. I have mild hearing loss and these work great for me. I was already familiar with Bose as I own their noise canceling headphones. I had no trouble adjusting to them plus I love the app which helps me adjust and control my hearing for different situations. I definitely recommend Lexie B2 plus as a hearing aid. Now I don't miss out on what's going on with my family and friends!
I have had 3 other hearing aids brands and lexie b2 plus is by far the best. The batteries last a good 20 hours and takes 2 hours to charge. They can be programmed for volume and tone for restaurant

The Lexie B2+ hearing aids are well designed and fairly easy to use
The Lexie B2+ hearing aids are well-priced at Costco, and they go on sale periodically. They are easy to use and comfortable in one's ear. They do a good job in smaller groups, but like many hearing aids, it is harder when several conversations are going on. They are easy to adjust, and the app works well (although it sometimes disconnects from the hearing aids and you need to stop and restart the aids).
The kit that comes from Costco has a large number of all the parts of the aid that need to be replaced, as well as a cleaning brush. The manual is clear, and Lexie has videos to show you how to do basic tasks. The case fits in a roomy pocket, and the aids are easy to charge.
My Lexie B2 hearing aids are a blessing
My Lexie B2 hearing aids are very useful. I didn’t actually know that I needed them before they were in place. What a pleasant surprise! I am much more confident in social situations and going to restaurants is a better experience for me now.
They are almost invisible, comfortable, customizable and affordable. Bose technology delivers near natural sound quality and of course, at my preferred volume.
I found Customer Service to be very helpful. Refreshingly, there’s another human on the other end of the line whose sole purpose is to solve your dilemma and give actionable advice.
Two things I would recommend to another user: they are at their best when cleaned after every use and don’t lose just one of them (I thought I had in the first week of owning them). You will need to buy a new set.
Lucky for Lexie: I have a large family, most of whom are slightly hearing challenged. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends alike.
The hearing aids are amazing
The hearing aids are amazing!
I consider myself a young guy (Just turned 45 and age is relative) but these things have been game changers.
Here are a couple of things my Lexie's have offered me:
Not screaming in social places while thinking I'm being casual
Not screaming on speakerphone
Not screaming on the damn phone
Not being loud at a library thinking I am whispering
It goes on and on
Trust me, worth the investment.
I recently purchased the Lexie B2…
I recently purchased the Lexie B2 Hearing Aids, and overall, I’m very pleased with them. I really appreciate that they self-adjust to my hearing, allowing me to program and fine-tune them myself through the Lexie app without needing a doctor or specialist.
It’s also a big plus that Bose is involved, which contributes to the excellent clarity in the hearing aid function itself.
However, I’ve been disappointed with the Bluetooth audio quality. To me, it sounds distorted—almost like blown speakers. Given Bose’s reputation, I expected top-tier Bluetooth sound performance, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.
Another minor issue is that the hearing aids don’t automatically turn on or connect to my phone when I take them out of the charging case. I’d prefer a seamless auto-on and auto-connect feature, though this isn’t a dealbreaker.
I previously used Jabra hearing aids, which I liked, but considering the price difference, I don’t find Jabra to be worth the significantly higher cost compared to Lexie.
They are perfect for my hearing needs
They are perfect for my hearing needs. Granted I only have slight hearing loss, but it is a perfect step for more sophisticated hearing aids that I will probably need in the future. I hope these last a long time lol!
Quick response to my call
Quick response to my call. Helpful, patient and expertly resolved the issue. Much appreciated.
Love Lexie B2
After much research and going to my health plan's audiology department and COSTCO, I decided on purchasing the Lexie brand. First, I am biased about Bose. I love their audio electronics. And second, I am highly suspect of audiology sales, especially when asked who your health insurance provider is and what's the deductable. Costco was better but they wouldn't reach out to my insurance company for pre-approval. The Lexie provided OTC convenience, Bose quality, and reasonable pricing and delivered a product that was easy to set up, allows tuning and adjustment on your iphone and works great.
My sincere hope is that Lexie's approach will put more pressure on the industry and insurance companies to change its business model. I appreciate Lexie's approach to both before and after sales.
We bought these for my mother in law…
We bought these for my mother in law and life is much better. It's frustrating for her when she can't hear and frustrating for us having to repeat everything. When she remembers to wear them, all parties involved are much happier!
Love my Lexies!
Love my Lexies!
I have needed hearing aids since 2014 for moderate hearing loss. Prior to a change in the law I had to go through an audiologist to get fitted with top of the line brands each costing over $6000 a pair. I kept losing them because thy fell out even during normal daily activities. I lost 4 in the first year alone. They didn't pair reliably with my phone and needed repair on three separate occasions for each of which I had to go through an audiologist to return them to the company.
Along came Lexie and I haven't looked back! Secure fit ( two years and haven't lost one), great sound quality, easy pairing, straightforward app., great service by phone. All for a cost one sixth the cost of the two brand names from an audiologist. I love.
Happy hearer in Wyoming
Have had for 8 months and I’m in love. I can hear for under $1000 and no expensive batteries to replace. Charge just like AirPods in a case. App is user friendly, the company has been awesome to work with. Bluetooth is limited as there’s no microphone but they were made to hear and they nailed it!! My only regret… I didn’t get these sooner!
The quality of the hearing aids
My Lexie’s have been life-changing
My Lexie’s have been life-changing. I struggled to hear in a noisy environment and often just pretended like I understood what someone was saying sitting right next to me. Lexie changes all of that! Completely customizable via the app. The batteries last all day - if they start running low, pop them in the case for a quick recharge. It does take a day or two to get used to them being in your ears but once that’s passed, you barely notice them. Most definitely would purchase these again!
Happy with Lexie
I have had my Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids for over a year and am quite satisfied. The price was MUCH cheaper than the ones I bought through my audiologist, and the performance has not disappointed. I like being able to control them with my smart phone and customer service has been very responsive the few times I have needed assistance. Dollar for dollar, the Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids was money well-spent.
Great Product and Company Support
I recently purchased the Lexie B2+ hearing aids and can say that they are the best I've had. The product is a great combination of great design, excellent quality, and well written documentation. The instructions include well thought out setup and configuration steps that make it easy to get them fit and configured so you can be operational with them in short order. They also have an active and helpful support staff that is eager to make sure you are up and running properly. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.
Lexie
First, if you need hearing aids, you need Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids. I’m 73 years old with stage 4 cancer. For whatever time I have left, I want to be able to hear my loved ones without asking them to speak up. I paid over $5000 for my first pair of custom hearing aids. They took molds of my ears and custom fit those aids. The first thing I noticed was I could hear others well but when I talked, it sounded like I had a fish bowl over my head. I worked hard at getting used to them because they were too expensive not to try. Eventually, I gave up. They next pair was $2000 for in the ear open dome aids. They were comfortable but every time I needed to program them, I had to call the company for them to download the new settings. That was a long and painful process. Thankfully, my dog ate one and I was forced to buy new ones. Then I found Lexie and I couldn’t be happier! I purchased the Lexie B2 Plus aids and they were a game changer. They are so comfortable that I have to remind myself that I’m wearing them before I get in the shower. I have made that mistake a couple of times but got right out of the shower, dried them off and used the Drying capsules. They were fine afterwards. I’m a member of an all men’s cancer support group. Since using Lexies, 2 other men in the group have purchased Lexie. They are as happy with them as I am. Lexie with Bose technology for under $1000! They are worth more than any other aids on the market. Take it from someone with terminal cancer, I want to hear like I’m 18 years old again for whatever time I have left!
