The Lexie B2+ hearing aids are well-priced at Costco, and they go on sale periodically. They are easy to use and comfortable in one's ear. They do a good job in smaller groups, but like many hearin... See more

They are great hearing aids and great services. Would recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids
A Lack of Integrity!
I was contacted by Lexie after visiting their website. I was offered a $50 discount over and above a deal I had at my local pharmacy. I could not finish the deal due to time constraints. We decided to finish in 3 days. When I received my return call Lexie reneged on the deal and offered refurbished aids instead of the $50 off the new pair. $50 is not a lot of money to me and I'm sure not for them? The issue now is integrity. Is this how they will handle further concerns? A product is only as good as it's company's practices! I suggest finding a company with more integrity.
Best customer service ever!
I was surprised to receive a call more than a year after purchasing my Lexie B hearing aid to ask if all was OK. I needed that call as I had not ben doing all the necessary for it to work most efficiently and had ignored the app. So this unexpected call turned out to be a blessing. Everything I had been doing ineffectively was explained to
me patiently and in a very clear manner, enabling me to correct my usage to full advantage. Because I am slow to catch on, we were on the call for over an hour. This was customer service at its very best. Thank you!
Unresolved Lexie B2 Problems
My story starts a few years ago when the over the counter Lexie B1 came out. At the time this 75 year old had moderate hearing loss with tinnitus. I bought the B1 which came with a hearing test. I supposed it worked ok. However, you had to frequently change batteries so when the rechargeable Lexie B2 model came out I bought it ($800). That was in 2023. So for two years I’ve tried to get the B2 model to be useable. My biggest problem is it works in normal conversations but it doesn’t when watching tv. You have to boost the hearing aid volume and adjust the bass/treble mix to hear the tv. Even then the sound texture is strange, very tinny. With those settings as soon as someone in the room speaks it’s like they’re screaming. So over two years I’ve spoken with Lexie multiple times to find an adjustment that would work. Each time spending 30 minutes with a tech person. Never been successful. Recently I purchased the Apple AirPod Pro2 which has a hearing aid function. Wow amazing. Watch TV with excellent sounding voices. Speaking with others, no problem understanding them. I felt the Apple hearing test might be why the AirPods worked so well. So maybe I needed to do the hearing test with the B2s like I did with the B1s. A year ago a Lexie person suggested I do this when my tinnitus wasn’t bad. Recently I called Lexie to find out how to do the test and was told a hearing test was not available with the B2 model. I find that outrageous, totally unacceptable, and have been talking with Lexie about a solution for a few days. One solution was they offered $250 off if I buy the B2 Plus. That doesn’t work for two reasons: 1. I could have gotten the B2 Plus in March for $200 off; 2. I already spent about $1600 on Lexie products and I’m not spending a penny more for something that, like the other two Lexies I bought, may not work. After this episode I was promised a call back from Lexie customer service on two separate days. I waited and the calls never came. So you ask why not just use the AirPods? I do around the house but not when I leave because they sometimes fall out when eating or doing exercise. I really need a behind the ear model. So my warning to you is if you buy a Lexie hearing aid, while still in the warranty period, make sure it fully works adequately in all situations. If it doesn’t work to your satisfaction don’t spend time working with Lexie trying to get them to work. Just return them and get your refund.
Very appreciative of the helpful service
We were just on the phone with Naomi who expertly guided us through our challenges with a set of Bose hearing aids. She was so helpful and we went from having no functionality to complete restoration! I highly recommend this customer service/support team! Thank you!

I’ve been wearing Lexie aids for over a year with some sucess but, have had them work out of my ears. Finally I decided to call and see if there was a remedy. In talking and doing a video with Liam he explained how to properly fit them and which dome to use. They seem to work better so far. He was very patient and easy to understand I’m so pleased in getting him to talk with. If all works I’ll be thrilled. Eva

Naomi and Liam were both very knowledgeable and patient. Five stars each!!!!!!
Naomi was most helpful
Naomi was most helpful. I am 77 and very uneducated as far as a phone is concerned, lol. Naomi had great patience and understanding my frustrations of not understanding some of her instructions. She reassured me that she would get me through this successfully and she did. I feel very satisfied and confident that, if I have anymore issues I can contact her. And I will. Also, when I can afford a new pair, backed by bose , I will be contacting Naomi to set them up for me. I am so glad that she was on the other end and answered my call. She is the best. Thank you Naomi. Larry Jockett.
The worst set of hearing aids …
I’ve had the Lexie hearing aids for over a year. They are mediocre at best. Feedback/ squealing is a constant issue. Their customer support is appalling. Intervention by a supervisor
borders on incompetence. I have purchased my first and last set of Lexie hearing aids.
Mediocre product and deceptive…
Mediocre product and deceptive company!! Beware if you buy a hearing aid from this company they will automatically sign you up for their Lexie club and bill you monthly without your consent
Aids okay but rendered useless by an utterly useless app
Date of experience: Ongoing for several years.
I've been dealing with Lexie since I got my first pair about three years ago. The app was okay - better than the current one - but also extremely problematic. It got so I had to coach their experts to delete my info and reenter it b/c the app was stuck. Then one of them failed and I sent it back for repair for $35 but it failed again after a few weeks. They had a special on the newer "powered by Bose" basic model that require batteries - which I don't mind b/c they last way longer than having to recharge every 18 hours. The app for these had fewer features than the old one and I couldn't connect my aids. After numerous attempts to reach them, I got an unfriendly woman but got disconnected. Attempts to reach them/her by email and phone failed so I complained to the BBB. This got results. I was put in touch with the app developer who was kind but ineffectual but at least it was a connection. I finally figured it out and it worked for months, but now, the app has failed again. It says other aids are in range so it can't connect - they're not - or hmmmm we can't seem to connect..... The app is an utter mediocrity. The aids are okay but without the app they're pretty useless. If only they'd get an app that actually works with an iPhone, I'd give them more stars. Meantime, I'll look around for alternatives. With Lexie, there's always something marring your experience. Troubleshooting is tedious and fragmented and ultimately useless unless you persist time after time after time after...
App issues persist
So the issue with the hearing aids is the app
Have made multiple attempts at locking in a custom setting and it keeps changing settings on its own
After 3 support chats waiting for a call back now
Seems like a familiar theme
Lexie B2 Bad App and Volume Controls
The app keeps changing the volume up and make them too loud. I tried changing all the environments to the same level but it keeps happening. I also tried resetting the iPhone. The left hearing aid will sometimes go out and have to reset it.
Lexie warranty is useless!
My husband’s left Lexie B2 stopped working after 9 months. He spent days on the phone trying to get help. Eventually, customer support told him to buy two new wires at $100 plus shipping, which didn’t help. They next advised sending both aids back for an evaluation that we had to pay for if they didn’t discover defect issue. And they would not refund the cost of the wires that did nothing to solve the problem. Of course, we would be charged shipping to the company and they would not get the aids back for several weeks. When he asked if I could simply send the broken one, Gabriel said that wasn’t their policy. When he asked if they would send two news ones to use while Lexie fixed the one that broke, Gabriel repeated the standard policy.
Lexie is an unreliable product and the company is inflexible about helping customers with problems with their products.
What warranty???
I regret my purchase
These screech and squeal upon certain sounds and whenever anything gets near them…hands, coat collars, seat-backs, etc. it’s so loud that people around you will hear it. Have tried every option and nothing works…none of the other domes, no settings, nothing.
Phone streaming has so much static I had to stop using it.
Lexie makes claims of their customer support - I claim BS. I emailed them twice with not even a reply. Tried their instagram account and no reply there either.
I regret my purchase.
Aids are meh; customer service is the pits
Lexie is a very weird company. Superficial gushing but once you've paid the service is chaotic, indifferent or nonexistent. I own two different models - the Lumens and the B2 upgrade. The aids themselves are okay. They repaired the first pair but the same one died again. Now I own the B2s with better sound but an absolutely rotten app. If you buy Lexies, do yourself a favor and immediately ask for the $90 protection plan so you can buy replacements for $350 or half the purchase price because they won't tell you about it - and it's an extremely limited offer too. When you buy aids they'll love-bomb you with "everything ok?" calls but when you actually need help, and you will, it's 'bye! After endless trouobleshooting, the only thing that worked to connect the first app was to delete my account and reenter it. This took numerous special meetings on their end, but it worked! Now the app for the new Bose aids is "unable to connect to server" and after endless repetitive troubleshooting and blaming my device ("go ask someone in your house to use their phone" "but I live alone...") support refuses to delete my account and start again. Now they won't respond to requests for help. I'm stuck with $899 aids and no app which is a mediocrity anyway but necessary to tuning the aids (no battery gauge, terrible controls). The company's internal communications are awful as is their transparency. Be prepared for a struggle followed by silence when something goes wrong - which it will.
While it took a bit to get in touch…great service
While it took a bit to get in touch with them. Messaging them on Facebook did the trick. I talked to Caleb who did an awesome job removing my problem. He was really polite and it ended up being a great experience. Thanks!

The best!
The best! I have lost 2 pairs of Lexies and had to reprogram my app. I could not have done it without the help from Jane @ the Lexie company this last time. She has was very patient and calm with me. I would not have any other brand than Lexies. I LOVE them. The fact that I can set up specific situations such as church, movies, outdoor, etc is invaluable. Nothing for me but Lexies. Thank you, Jane!
